I initally chose COR based on the numerous positive comments on Yelp. There are several other 5-star painting contractors, and I got cheaper quotes from both. However, neither of these offered a guarantee beyond the required 2 years- and neither gave me a detailed estimate. In fact of the two contractors I didn't hire, one of them didn't even knock on the door- I think his estimate was a drive-by. The other one spent 10 minutes. Contrast that with COR's OWNER coming to the house, videotaping his walk-around and then explaining in minute detail how they would accomplish the job. Once we decided to go with COR, the communication with the office was excellent. They let us know what to expect, and when it was going to happen. The crew showed up when they said they would, and did a phenomenal prep job- including applying Dry Lock to the stem wall- something the other contractors didn't mention at all! They replaced the side door casing- $50 extra- which is something I could have done...if I had the time, which I don't! COR used premium Dunn-Edwards paints- the other guys didn't mention what they were using. At the completion of the job, almost everything was put back- I had to rehang the windchimes on the patio- but overall, a very professional job. The house looks great!

Juan and John were great! They painted our pool fencing from a horrible white to a beautiful brown! Changed entire look of the backyard!! So polite and hardworking. Made sure we were completely happy with the job before they left. Wish there were more stars to give them.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

Decent company - painting looks good and I'm pleased with the final results. Unfortunately my garage door got broken during the process - but fortunately they agreed to split the costs with me to repair it.

I hope they took my internal review to heart and give their workers pamphlets to hand out with what to watch out for and what needs to be done to avoid damage to anything. Further, I hope they also give their workers a checklist so they don't have to argue with the homeowner and get the job finished all the way the first time. :)

Everything was made right in the end, and Fernando, the project supervisor did a great job.

We had them paint EVERY interior wall in our house. They did a great job and even repainted most of the trim which wasn't even quoted. After they left we began to see that many areas had a small sections of wall color on the ceiling during cut in throughout the house. Even though we contacted them almost 2 months later they sent a crew out today and meticulously corrected the overpaint. The crew was courteous, on time and constantly asked for feedback. Couldn't ask for a better company. I've spent almost 40 years in the customer service business and they have held that to a high standard.

Painted interior baseboards, ceilings,doors,walls. Very responsive,responsible,clean. No hidden costs, very happy with results.
