I use them because they are local but my visit today was anything but helpful. Needing a simple key I waiting 20 minutes while Andrew chatted up a customer about a rare key. Never once was I acknowledged and only the customer was apologizing to me for how long I was standing there. When I asked if somebody could help me copy a basic house key I was told no. He did not say sorry, I will be with you in a minute, or sorry for the wait, or ask the customer in front of me if they could take a quick pause in conversation.
If you staff low, I understand but give your patient customers a little grace and understanding rather than ignoring them and letting them walk out the door. As the banner above your counter reads business goes where it is invited and stays where is is treated well the same goes for your customers. We come where we are served well.

Fast, reliable, and very affordable! I pulled a stupid move and locked my keys in on my passenger seat. The car has no fob so I typically lock my doors with the button inside before closing it. It was Sunday around noon, and Alon was there in 15 minutes! I was worried about the price because of how/when my work sends paychecks, and Alon was extremely forgiving and negotiable on the price. He was in and out of there in about 5 minutes. If you’re in a time sensitive situation, this is the guy you need to call!
