Our elderly neighbor accidentally locked herself out of her house. After a few scary phone calls with other locksmiths, I hit the jackpot when I called Anderson Lock & Safe in Phoenix. They were courteous, friendly and responded very quickly. Their locksmith, Kyler McKown, went right to work. He got the door open and even made spare keys for our neighbor. Others locksmiths wanted up to $600 for this service. Anderson charged only $90. Wow! I'm keeping their name and phone number handy just in case! Anderson Lock & Safe is simply excellent!

Ryan was super wonderful on the phone, after he was able to get me a quote and was available for immediate service. I had lost my keys and when he was almost here my uber driver got a hold of me and had my keys. Ryan was super understanding and wasn't upset at all that I cancelled my service. Our front door lock mechanism broke making the door unlockable. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith responded promptly and the technician installed a safety lock as a temporary measure. He picked up the necessary parts when available the next morning and expertly completed the repair. We were very appreciative.
