I called Jonny Locksmith early on a Sunday Morning after I locked myself out of my house. They answered the phone, told me how long it would take tiill they could get to me and idea of what it would cost. The getelman Nathan who came out was professional, clean, quick and very nice. I would definitely use them again in the future. I am a native to Az and they are the best locksmith I have used and reasonable priced. Definitely a good place to call.

Showed price online for auto lock out of $79 but when they showed up they charged $199 and said take it or leave it. Poor way to treat a customer by gouging them for less than 10 minutes of work.

I purchased an old wooden desk on CL done time ago to replace the one I lost a few years back. The center drawer had a built-in lock that, when the drawer is pushed in all the way and locked, would activate a locking mechanism for all the other drawers and would prevent them from being opened. Great feature if you have the original key which in my case, I didn't. I was hoping to get a key made but unfortunately the lock is so custom that keys aren't made anymore small enough to fit the key hole. But, the guy behind the counter said he'd talk to the owner and see if there's something else they could figure out. Since I had taken them the front art of the drawer that had the lock I decided to leave it with them and decided to wait for their call. I wasnt home an hour before they called saying they had a solution and wanted to know if they had my permission to go ahead and install a new lock. When I picked the piece up I could only tell that it was a new lock by the silver color where the original was more of a copper color. I put the drawer back together and let the glue dry before sliding it back into place and everything worked perfectly!!! Not only did the bolt line up perfectly with the notch on the underside of the desktop but the locking mechanism workes perfectly as well. Going into this I didn't have a great deal of faith that it could be fixed but these guys really blew me away. I still can't believe it's fixed.

Great experience all around. My key was bent and virtually undupicateable so Corey was albe to cut a brand new one for me that works better than the original even. Stopped by to get a much needed copy of my car key. I normally do this at dealerships but hadn’t been able too because they take a long time to do it and the locksmith only shows up certain days of the week. With those factors on hand I had no choice but to look outside of my usual customs. I really liked that the place was clean and had cool decor.
