Just called to get an estimate and try to schedule someone for tomorrow morning. I was amazed at how little the person knew about the service. They couldn't tell me how many keys I'd get with the re-key and they couldn't tell me how much it would cost for each additional key. They seemed really disorganized. I did appreciate that they could give me an appointment almost immediately, hence the two stars. I did not choose this company because they did not seem to be familiar with their own pricing and their own services.
