This guy is awesome, I called him and he was busy doing another job but he called me as soon as he was done . He arrived in less then 10 minutes and he got the job done in less then 3 (and I am not joking) . He is such a life saver, did the job without damaging my car . he did not even mess with the window. I was very impressed . Highly recommended ! Plus his fee's are very affordable .

I was probably days or hours from getting locked out of my home due to a worsening, problematic front door lock. I made the phone call Saturday morning and my lock was fixed before noon! It seems like its hard to get any repairs done smoothly or easily these days, so I’m so thankful for this service!

I was locked out and called at about 1:30am. Andrew Arroyo was the one who helped me. Not only was he nice and polite he helped me out so much! It was freezing, the middle of the night and he stood out in the cold right with me drilling on the lock for maybe 20 mins. It definitely didn't seem easy for him to do, but he did it! AAAAAA+++++++ rating! Promote him or give him a raise because he knows what customer service is.

It's a pleasure doing business with him since he's so pleasant. The installation of the office lock was performed in a quick, efficient, and high-quality manner at a price that was extremely reasonable. Would suggest in the strongest possible terms.

Outrageous pricing. After closing the trunk to my rental with the keys inside and discovering there was no external trunk release I had to call a locksmith. I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I had to take the first available locksmith. Unfortunately, Locksmith Guru was the first available. They took advantage of my emergency situation and charged me $280 for all of 5 minutes of work. Yes, you read that correctly: two hundred and eighty dollars. That price was almost double the plane ticket itself. If I didn't have a friend with me who needed to get home that day I would have told these guys where to go. I guess I need to get in the locksmith business-from the time I called to the locksmith leaving took under an hour. That's $280/hour-never heard of something so ridiculous in my entire life. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

In response to the owner's response, I did call their management. All they told me was that $280 was a fair price and that sometimes they charge even more - in excess of $300 for some cases. Wow!

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day. They were prompt, professional, and made quick work of our lock problem. Utterly professional and highly skilled. You couldn't ask for better service.
