Do not use they will come out after quoting you one price then as soon as they get there they start saying they need extra money to call THE DEALERSHIP they just try to con you into paying more money.

Called them in a state of absolute terror after having my lock picked by a stalker. The person on the phone reassured me that they were sending a locksmith with many years of experience--I wish I could remember his name. When the locksmith got there, he reassured me that the new Schlage he was installing was so resistant to picking that locksmiths usually just drill them out because even they can sit there for hours trying to pick one. Completed service to a satisfactory level. I was under the impression he was coming out to see what you got upon arrival, boom 69.00 arrival fee (before doing any work). So... i had to get something done, fixed front door latch 45.00, and re-keyed my gate 35.00. All said and done, I still have to buy a front door assembly, I'll be looking for a new locksmith to re-key my assembly eventually. I wish I went to Home Depot first. Additionally, he charged me for 2 rekeyed locks,I only have one lock on the gate he fixed. I'd definitely find someone else.

I came in needing a key made for my horse trailer... the staff explained to me the type of lock that I had which required a different method of making a key. I was given an estimated time to have a key made, they not only got the key made but had it done in half the time estimated getting me back to the things I needed to get taken care of. Thank you

Wow! Not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but may be one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to when inquiring about a service. I called the original number and he said he would have his partner call me back. The second man I spoke to had no customer service, extremely rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to do the work at all!

The business technician showed up to program a key fob and make a second key. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and kind. They were less expensive than any alternative.
