Lost my key and was stressed. Called This place and was willing to beat the price I was quoted with another company. Came down within the hour and had my key in my hand within 30mins!!The guy Shawn who installed it was great and put me at ease. I even got a remote control key for my car that I never had. Truly happy and satisfied!!

I needed a spare honda key cut and programed and was referred to Downtown Lock Smith. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

What a professional service! I have used them continually for different reasons. The first was when i locked my keys in my car on a Friday night. They were there in 20 minutes and saved the day. After that I have used them repeatedly for my business when I need to re- key a home. Same day service is a must in my business. They can also duplicate a lost car key for a fraction of the price of the dealership! AMAZING!

I would definitely recommend to them to anyone. Great and fast service.

Ryan was super wonderful on the phone, after he was able to get me a quote and was available for immediate service. I had lost my keys and when he was almost here my uber driver got a hold of me and had my keys. Ryan was super understanding and wasn't upset at all that I cancelled my service. after spending almost an hour calling around on a late on a Friday (i mention because its right around closing time for most places) i was refereed to Alcatraz i gave him a call told him my problem which was i lost my key to my new motorcycle which not even the dealership i purchased it from could make me a copy of the key all i had was a key-tag. anyways he said he could make me a key from that (assuming i provide proof its my bike) which was a relief since i only was able to find 3 companies who could make my key one which wanted to charge to come out to my bike and would not let me just come to them at $150 and another company that despite being only 15 minutes away and calling them at 4:35 pm and they close at 5pm refused to help until they re open on Monday. so the offer of Saturday morning for $25 seamed very reasonable. when on the phone with him he asked some basic details about my bike and my key-tags number. Saturday morning i gave him a call to let him know i was coming and when i got to his van he had the key pre made and ready to go i couldn't believe it he showed me how the numbers line up from my key-tag to make the key but i still have my doubts but i asked him to make me another copy which he did for only $5 more (which is great) so when i got home i tried the key and it worked wonderfully (most new key copies kinda feel like there scratching the lock when you insert them but not this one it felt like the keys that came with the bike i was very impressed) i will make the 40 minute drive again for all my future key needs as i was very impressed (so much so that I'm posting a review here on Google and a copy on Yelp)
