Locked ourselves out of our office because of a faulty latch and called Alon for help and he showed timely within 30 minutes. He unlocked the door, got a new door handle that matched the rest of the office, and replaced the door handle.

The technician swiftly scheduled my appointment after receiving my call. He replaced my door key and was really kind. He has my highest recommendation, and I want to employ him once again.

We have reported this place to the better business bureau!!! This place has no professionalism at all. I pulled them up through google yesterday and contacted for assistance with a lock re-key. A technician contacted me back and said he could be here in a couple hours. It was 1:15pm and I said so you would be here around 3:30pm and he stated no it would be closer to 6pm. I then asked if I could just schedule for tomorrow morning and set up an appointment for 9am. I received a phone call at 8:15am and I called the number back since I had missed the call and it was the technician. He sounded half asleep and he told me he would be there at 9:30am. I said 9:30am ok bye. I received a call back a minute later with the technician asking if I hung up on him. I was baffled. I said no I confirmed the time and said ok bye. The call was then dropped. I called the office back inquiring if the technician was going to be there at 9:30 and explaining what just transpired. They apologized and said yes the tech would be there at 9:30. At 10am I contacted the office and I was put on hold before they got my name after I asked if the tech was still coming because my appointment was at 9:30. After being on hold for 5 minutes they disconnected the line. I called back multiple times even from a different number and received no answer. When I would select to call from google it kept auto populating random numbers with the same people. Do not trust these people. Something is not right with this company.

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day. They were prompt, professional, and made quick work of our lock problem. Utterly professional and highly skilled. You couldn't ask for better service.

I unfortunately locked my keys in my car, while it was running...I did a quick Google search frantically callung Turn Key Locksmith. He answered the phone quickly & I told him my keys are locked in my running car, he immediately asked for my location & knew exactly where my apartment was. He arrived 15 minutes and had my car unlocked few minutes later. Extremely nice guy! Would highly recommend, and has a very good price. Stopped by to get a much needed copy of my car key. I normally do this at dealerships but hadn’t been able too because they take a long time to do it and the locksmith only shows up certain days of the week. With those factors on hand I had no choice but to look outside of my usual customs. I really liked that the place was clean and had cool decor. That’s important to me when shopping local because it creates trust. I was super happy about how fast Geronimo was! He had me out the door in less than 15min!!! So happy and would recommend him to everyone.
