They charged me the exact price I was quoted over the phone, which is so much better than most places that tell you one price and charge you another after they do the work. Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

We had multiple locks that needed to be changed throughout our house — Hagai was very helpful, professional and friendly. After changing the locks he double and triple checked them all to make sure that they were all working the way they should, he also provided us with customized copies of the key at no cost which was amazing. Hagai truly went above and beyond and provided us with excellent service!
