Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

This needs to be updated to say they do not exist at the address shown. Took a walk to this place because I needed some house keys duplicated to give to my daughter and this place doesn't exist at 1350 E Indian School at all!
