Best Commercial Lock Rekey in Phoenix AZ

These guys are great!!! I lost my car keys and called this company and they came over as scheduled( right on time). Within twenty to thirty minutes they were done and gave me a new key for my car. Price wise, you can't beat their price, as for courtesy, they were polite and courteous. I recommend them immensely!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Locked out of my house on accident & so I googled locksmiths. When I called West Phoenix Locksmith, I was told it would be $25 call fee + $25 for labor. Of course I agreed because I need to get back into my house. The tech shows up & opens my door within 5 minutes. Then he hands me a $160 bill. I explained what I was quoted & I was then told that he is an independent contractor & there are NO labor fees. There are flat prices per service + the call fee. So my quote of $50 was an ABSOLUTELY A LIE!!! When I called West Phoenix Locksmith back, he then told me that the quote he gave me was not what he said. & now there is nothing he can do to help due to the tech being an independent contractor. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!

Great service. Showed up early and changed all my locks. A few of them were old and couldn’t be re-keyed and Tony explained in detail why. (Lawsuit between Schlage and Kwikswt). He was courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Anderson Lock & Safe. I’ll be using them again.

I purchased an old wooden desk on CL done time ago to replace the one I lost a few years back. The center drawer had a built-in lock that, when the drawer is pushed in all the way and locked, would activate a locking mechanism for all the other drawers and would prevent them from being opened. Great feature if you have the original key which in my case, I didn't. I was hoping to get a key made but unfortunately the lock is so custom that keys aren't made anymore small enough to fit the key hole. But, the guy behind the counter said he'd talk to the owner and see if there's something else they could figure out. Since I had taken them the front art of the drawer that had the lock I decided to leave it with them and decided to wait for their call. I wasnt home an hour before they called saying they had a solution and wanted to know if they had my permission to go ahead and install a new lock. When I picked the piece up I could only tell that it was a new lock by the silver color where the original was more of a copper color. I put the drawer back together and let the glue dry before sliding it back into place and everything worked perfectly!!! Not only did the bolt line up perfectly with the notch on the underside of the desktop but the locking mechanism workes perfectly as well. Going into this I didn't have a great deal of faith that it could be fixed but these guys really blew me away. I still can't believe it's fixed.

Locked ourselves out of our office because of a faulty latch and called Alon for help and he showed timely within 30 minutes. He unlocked the door, got a new door handle that matched the rest of the office, and replaced the door handle.
