My neighbor was freaking out since he locked his keys in the car while it was running. He was on his way to a doctors appointment. I heard him panic and try to break his window open with a rock. Long story short called Alcatraz locksmith and they were at his house 15 mins later and got the door opened for him. Fast and friendly service!

Nick is awesome- I called him in an emergency and he was able to arrive within 20 minutes and took care of several lock issues!

Our front door lock mechanism broke making the door unlockable. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith responded promptly and the technician installed a safety lock as a temporary measure. He picked up the necessary parts when available the next morning and expertly completed the repair. We were very appreciative.

Corey was a huge help! My car key broke in my ignition on a Sunday, so I frantically called around and couldn't get someone to come out for a reasonable price, and then reached Corey at Turn Key. Couldn't be more pleased- great customer service, great price, prompt and straight forward and not a pushy salesguy like other locksmiths I talked to.

Called and was able to get a same day appointment scheduled for when I got off work. Daniel was really nice and fast. I will definitely be using them again ?
