Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

Hero Home Services recently replaced most of the drainage system beneath my house. I have a 130 year old home in a historic district in Phoenix. They were incredibly fast to respond. Very professional and did a great job explaining my situation and the recommended options each step of the way. Once I agreed to a plan of action, they executed the plan exactly as promised and encouraged me to review/test the results with them to ensure I was fully informed prior to signing off on the project. They did an amazing job of helping me manage expectations with my tenents and minimize the impact of what could have been a very invassive project. A HUGE thanks to the entire crew!!

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

My home warranty contracted this company for plumbing services I needed. I'm grateful for the courteous and professional service that I received, not once but twice. Plumber was early to both appointments and called ahead of time to see if that was okay. He was honest and took time to explain the repairs! Highly recommend Charles and Belsito Plumbing!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Had septic pumped. Finding it was the bigger problem. My fault for not knowing my own property.
Andrew did a WONDERFUL job. After some poking around. (ha ha) All is good. I'm back to happily doing my business again. Sorry I couldn't help that.
I'd never used them before but I knew who to call because they have been around here longer than I have. (many decades)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

On time, a nice, honest, and friendly plumber arrived. I received excellent and professional service. Grohe taps and new isolator valves have been scheduled for installation. Very skilled and meticulous, with great attention to detail, he explained what needed to be done. Before leaving, I cleaned up, tested the new taps, and checked for leaks. Also reasonably priced. Thank you very much for installing the new taps and repairing the pipework. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and use again for plumbing services. Cheers

I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

Bumble Bee Plumbing is the absolute most professional and reliable plumbing company I have ever had to deal with, with the quickest response time! Sunset Septic made an appointment for a week out from the call for service. On the appointment date they had given a 2 hour timeframe. I called to check on the estimated time of arrival at 1 hour past the given timeframe. Receptionist stated that she would check with the technician on where he was at and call right back. They didn’t call “right back” so I called them after an additional 35 minutes and was put on hold. Receptionist said the technician was assigned an emergency pump out and would now be an additional 3-4 hours. I understand things happen and would have been just fine if anyone would have simply picked up a phone to keep from wasting my time. They obviously took the higher paying emergency job. No one from Sunset Septic EVER called us. We cancelled our appointment due to poor communication and customer service.

Prompt, isn't even the right word. The lady on the phone said 60 to 90 minutes and he was here in 10! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, I wasn't even charged for the service call because it was something easy and didn't require work. So I bought a half gallon of their drain cleaner to make it worth his while. Thanks Dave in mesa, az for the great service! If i have ro callyou guys again I want Dave!

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
