They were so fast, responsive and very friendly and professional. Colton came and was SO nice, understanding and kept me in the loop of what he was doing the entire time. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith team was great. They responded quickly to my call and showed up when they said they would. Fixed my 2 problem locks and even noticed another door wasn't closing properly so he fixed that for free. Great guy and easy to work with.

Stay Away this company is a huge scam! they have no employees other than a call center. They use the lowest cost random people that can find and have no standard for who they send tools they must have etc. They sent random person that didn't even have a key copy machine or correct tools to our business and then broke a $500+ push bar. This is the mess they left, screws hanging out and all!
