Gary showed up with his wonderful wife Adele as this was after hours and proceeded to fix the lock with another employee Alfonso. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for their quick response, professionalism and great care for my situation. Don’t take their lies and fast availability over a longer wait for someone genuine who will do this work for less than half the price. Also apparently these people are unaware of social queues, when I repeatedly said I needed to be somewhere this man would not stop talking with me. It took over 20 minutes just to get a price on paper. I had places to be. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.
