I haved locked my keys in my car more times than I can count on my hands an toes. That being said, I've dealt with a lot of locksmiths. I was nervous to call for a locksmith this last time I locked my keys in my car because they always seem like they are in a hurry, don't really bother with service, and are rather pricey. Hector put all of those worries at ease. He arrived in the window of time he promised. Hector was kind and friendly. He opened my car within minutes, no damage, no hassle. When I asked about having a spare key made, he provided me with affordable options. It almost felt like I had called a friend for help and he was advising me with my best interests in mind. Most other locksmiths just see you as a walking dollar sign. That's not the case when your dealing with Hector. He simply sees you as a person in need of help. Of course he does do this for a living so he charges for the service, but this is the best service I've gotten for the most affordable price!!! If I ever lock my keys in my car again ( let's hope I've finally learned my lesson) I know I'll be calling Hector.

I have an old 1990 Dodge Ramcharger and the key I got for the rear hatch from the guy I bought it from did not work. I called Todd and told him what I had and he instantly knew the car and they type of key it needed. I brought the truck to him and showed him what I had and he immediately knew I had the wrong key. He looked at the lock and guessed at the key number I needed; after getting the lock cylinder out of the rear hatch and looking up the code on the lock, the key he guessed was the right key. He cut it for me and it worked like a charm! I was only there for about 30 minutes. Great service and great knowledge. Thanks for the help.

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. web site says they will discount at least 50% if you share teir prices on social media, this is not true. They were the most expensive out of 4 locksmiths I called.

this place is amazing. we had a problem that two other companies could not solve and one other company said it would be over $600 to fix A1 minute came out and had the problem taken care of and only charged $130 they are now my permanent locksmith

Phoenix Lock & Locksmith is fantastic. We have had to use them several times in the last year (no fault of theirs) and they have been incredibly quick to respond every time. When we had an issue recently they made it right - no questions asked. Highly recommend.

After about 25 minutes, the locksmith programmed my key. superb and prompt service! Eventually, he'll be used once again.

Only use these guys if you need a key made. Other than that they're useless. My vehicle key would not turn and fire the vehicle up. They send two guys over, and all they did was sit there and google search what the problem was, just to tell me it needs a new ignition and quoted me 420 dollars. I looked it up myself and fixed it myself and it did not need a new ignition just 30 dollar part I found at AutoZone and was a 30 min fix. Some Gurus they are. Don't bother, save your self the 30 dollar call out fee they charged just to sit on there phone Google the issue. They are no more experienced than a guy with a web browser.
