Lost key for 2006 A6 Audi . Had someone come work on car. Took a week , they were unable to make a replacement key . I called Johnny and he came follow business day and made a key for me Within 5 hours . It was very difficult but he managed to handle it quickly and professionally.

Tom was AMAZING! He was patient with me while I double checked with the post office that I had the correct box! He was quick and kind! I’m very grateful for his service and should I need him again he will have my business!

Are you kidding me? I called for a price to break into a disk lock on my storage unit. They gave me a price and then when I asked what the trip charge was he literally says I think that my pricing isn't your business....... Wow- it only took me a couple seconds to hang up.

I just got the keys to my first house yesterday and it was recommended to me to get the locks changed asap for obvious reasons. My Realtor, Lisa Zaklan with Keller Realty, recommended ACME to me. I called them up this morning and they were able to make an appointment with me at MY earliest convince SAME DAY. The locksmith I had was Matt and let me tell you, he was fantastic! He showed up on time and quickly changed my six locks. He also took the time to walk show me some priceless safety tips in my garage with my garage door that I would have never even thought about.
The bottom line is that if you need a lock changed,fixed, or whatever and you want to use a company/locksmith with skill, integrity, who will go the extra mile, and won't nickel and dime you, this is the company to use! I will absolutely refer and use them again! THANK YOU ACME AND MATT!

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. Called to schedule and they were here in about 30 minutes. Job was done in about 30 and works great. Called around to several places before I asked them to come out for free quote and there price was also reasonable, right in the middle of all the calls I made. Very happy customer. Quick fast service. At first they said 20 min and gave me a quote as soon as i called. Locksmith called to let me know he ran into traffic and would be there shortly and sure enough arrived 10 mi later just like he said.
