We have used De La Rosa House Cleaning For a little over 8 months now and we are very happy with them. They are reasonably priced, excellent at communication and very accommodating with scheduling. We initially had a deep clean and now use them bi-weekly. The team that comes is always very thorough and efficient with time. I’ve tried many cleaning companies throughout the years and De La Rosa has been by far the best!

Had a hard time securing the appointment and the oil stains are still visible the driveway is bleached but stains still there.

Our tile has never looked so good! Valley's Best did a fantastic job on our tile and grout. Scheduling was quick and easy, they were prompt, accommodating and thorough. We will definitely use their services again.

I have used Aether Facility Services for almost a year now. As a property manager of a luxury community in Central Phoenix, I found it difficult to locate a company that offered an all in one approach to my business needs. From the office staff to the teams that they send to my property, I can expect nothing less than the absolute best from this company and their service providers. I currently use Aether for my Porter Service 40 hours a week, my common area property cleans three times a week, and my valet trash service. They have done work for my company from hauling off bulk trash, to resealing my pool deck. I love knowing that no project is too big or too small for Nima and his team. AJ was fantastic! He was quickly responsive to my message on Yelp, and we exchanged texts about a few additional details and his availability. He gave me a quote and came out within a few days to clean our windows, which was no easy job. We have a two story house and windows that extend up to 20 feet. He showed up on time, came prepared and has a really great attitude. The windows weren't this clean when we moved in a couple of years ago.

We will definitely have him back in the spring for another cleaning and, if you are on the fence about hiring someone else to clean your windows, you should give Streak Patrol a shot. The price was reasonable and the windows got clean.
