They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have used Aether Facility Services for almost a year now. As a property manager of a luxury community in Central Phoenix, I found it difficult to locate a company that offered an all in one approach to my business needs. From the office staff to the teams that they send to my property, I can expect nothing less than the absolute best from this company and their service providers. I currently use Aether for my Porter Service 40 hours a week, my common area property cleans three times a week, and my valet trash service. They have done work for my company from hauling off bulk trash, to resealing my pool deck. I love knowing that no project is too big or too small for Nima and his team. Keep up the stellar work everyone.

Our office had a Covid scare over the summer and Aether was able to come out the very next day to perform a deep clean and sanitization of our entire office. There was no Covid outbreak and we all stayed healthy thanks to the wonderful work they did. Their regular scheduled cleaning services are top notch, too. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and quick too! They service anything from carpet cleaning to exterior paint. If you have an issue they address it immediately and communicate every step of the way. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for their services.

The company doesn't follow the contract they've signed. If a contract isn't followed don't expect that they do the job they've signed up to do.
