They did not clean anything in all three bed rooms,
yet charged a full price for DEEP cleaning!

Been using their service for years now. Every visit they do incredible work. Rarely find any issues, and when I do they address them immediately. Great to work with around work schedule. Work travel requires regular adjustments to scheduled appointments and have always worked with me to accommodate. Would recommend working with Sean and his team to friends and family. Great work with great service at a very reasonable rate.

Cleaner showed up last week and did a very poor job. I called to inform the coordinator who set up appointment and she was very nice and set up a redo for the next day for free. I moved out of a duplex and only had one more day there. The next day I got a call that the cleaner for the redo who indicated she couldn't find the key which I left in the mailbox outside the duplex door. She left and that was that. No cleaning redo. She could wait a moment to hear from me to see if she was at the right location and to thoughouly check the mailbox for the key. My friend went over to do last minute touch ups and sure enough he said the key was in the mailbox. I will not used this company again. The lady who set up the original appointment and redo follow up was awesome and kind throughout this ordeal and refunded my payment. She is an asset to the company unlike the cleaners they have working there.

Owen is the best home cleaner ever! He is so thorough, thoughtful and reliable. He’s got such a good energy about him, it’s a pleasure to have him come over on cleaning days. He always goes above and beyond with his work, we’ve always been so happy with our house after he leaves.

The staff at The Cleaning Solution are considerate of my home. They clean well. And, they are friendly!!

I had them come out to clean my tile and one small little spot on my carpet where a friends dog peed. The carpets looked great for a week and then the area where the spot was is not gray (my carpet is white). They also deep cleaned my tile but what ever they put on the tile took the finish off of my composite floor. I called them back out and he said he didn't do it. I will never ever use them again and I recommend that you don't select them. I would have been better off not doing anything because everything looks worse now.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

Eric & Tony were the technicians who were assigned to clean my rear patio that was stained from all the residual rainfall over the years. In addition I needed to have 60 windows cleaned. In about 3 hours they had everything completed and everything looked clean and fresh.

Excellent service, showed up right on time, got the carpets cleaned very quickly and they look as good as new! Highly recommend!

I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
