The company sent out Brian Patrick for the inspection on her home. Brian was friendly, reassuring, patient but most importantly, knowledgeable! He explained everything that would be done to the house and how the company warranties their work, which is important. Brian made both of us feel that he was on our team and would do his best to make sure things were handled as promised. Brian was what sold us on working with AFS. We are a month out from the repairs and all was handled as promised, and the rest of the crew was great, too! Greg, Mike, Anthony and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with, as well. We are thankful we worked with Brian, and in fact, I'm buying a home and have asked him to inspect it to make sure all was well before closing. That's how much I trust him and his company.

Had a pour of cement to widen my driveway, and added a new patio added. Turned out great! They were reasonable with their prices and highly recommended them.

Did a great job of informing me of everything, going over the survey results, walking the property and looking things over, giving suggestions on how to maintain my foundation so I don't have any issues in the future, etc. Would strongly recommend Ram Jack for anyone's foundation needs.

Recently worked for this company and it was the absolute WORST experience ever. I've never gotten a paycheck on time, or have been paid the correct amount for that matter, while with this company. I'd have to constantly call every Friday about my pay and figure out why and they would always say the same thing it's an issue with your bank but it's not. My pay stubs would literally be shorted by 15 hours sometimes! And they would still somehow blame my bank? Then once I prove its them, they'd just say well you have to wait till next week, now. Which is completely illegal and against the labor board. I had to threaten them with a civil suit to get my pay at once point. How this business is still running is beyond my opinion. My foreman even had this issue and just stopped saying anything about it because it happened to him so often. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

They demolished our old porch and sidewalk, poured new concrete and fixed the slope that caused puddles when it rained. The team was polite and efficient. The contractor kept us informed throughout the process, and we would gladly use them again for any concrete work in Phoenix.

Professional, shows up ahead of scheduled time, works efficiently and quickly, and priced fairly. Backyard concrete, decomposed granite, irrigation and plants were planted and complete within a day and a half (at most). Highly recommend!

We had epoxy re-applied to our garage floor. The Lowes epoxy kit I applied had to be removed to apply the new epoxy. It's beautiful now, it turned out better than I expected. Very professional and a great price! Very happy! Pool decking is next.
