I had the Move-Out Cleaning completed by Maid Easy. Simply put, not the greatest service for the heavy price. Only half the fridge was dusted on top. Tops of some plugins had heavy dust. Inside oven barely or not at all touched. I had to touch up some spots on baseboards where maybe a dry cloth was just run over. All corners of baseboards needed a touch up. It wasn't a terrible service because it did save me alot of time, however, after I had time to actually look, I still needed to do a good bit of work before returning the rental house. For the price, I expected alot more. Staff was friendly but seemed very rushed. Don't let them have you sign the inspection sheet until AFTER you check everything. And check things thoroughly on your terms during inspection because that was also very rushed. Leave early Friday for employees I guess. Lesson learned. Neighbor asked me to get their business card as she is moving in a couple of months, I did not, because I cannot recommend to a friend.

Devon was just awesome. My home has never been so clean. He was on time, pleasant, and he made sure we were happy with the service. I will definitely use Tidy Casa again and hope they send Devon!

I called Ramirez Cleaning Solutions after being referred by a friend. I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleaning strategy. Anais who is the owner came out and did a great thorough job. She was pleasant and knew how to clean! No cross contamination was done and she was quick! I will definitely be using them regularly.

On June 12th David came to our home to wash the windows and screens. It looks like we don't even have windows!!!! They are so clean and streak free; I would hire him again in a heartbeat. They provide your own personal account manager who responds very quickly. They have been providing cleaning service for us for 7 years. I have a houseful and they are able to keep us clean. Originally hired them for carpet cleaning and house cleaning. There house cleaning is not strong. Employees are not happy working for them and it shows. Owner followed up with me about the service and I told them the truth and sent pictures of the quality. The female owner apologized and sent another cleaner out free of charge. I was impressed and hired them again months later. They never showed up and when I called to ask where they were he said he showed up and no one was there. I had a full house of people all day and never heard the door ring. I asked them what door they went to because we do have a large property and a guest house and the male responded rude and said it was the second time I didn’t answer wich wasn’t true. I’m not sure if he confused me with someone else but his behavior on the phone tuned me off enough to not use them anymore. Carpet companies are almost all the same in quality of the cleaning and price so the employees are really what make the difference and this company is lacking in quality customer service. I tried giving them chances but it’s clear there employees are not happy and they run a messy business. I hoped on Craigslist and got another cleaner the next morning who arrived 8am sharp on a Saturday $10 less than them.

AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!!

So I need a cleaning service for a while. I have a really bad back so many challenges and a friend of mine reached out to me and said you should try thumbtack so I went on Thumbtack and found Sumo Cleaners. There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great. I recommend this cleaning service. They are amazing. Thank you Sumo Cleaners. I hope I got her name right? Lol thank you so much again.

Peak Cleaning did our move out cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They were right on time, professional, and completed the job above and beyond what I had expected. I definitely should’ve been using them to clean my place all along! My landlord was very pleased with that state of the unit after it was cleaned. The office staff was very nice and helpful, giving me a quick quote when I called and got me scheduled right away. I will be using Peak again for any future cleanings I need and will be recommending them to my friends and family in the valley.
