I paid for 3hrs to wash windows, clean oven and clean 2 bathrooms. At the end of 3hrs my livingroom windows, frenchdoor windows, kitchen window and oven were not done. I feel Merry Maids should have scheduled 2 people to complete the service I paid for. The person that came I feel did the best she could, but the
Job was more than for one person!! I called the office and the person I spoke to was very argumentative & rude. I WILL NOT CALL OR HIRE NOR RECOMMEND MERRY MAIDS due to their non professional and business values.

Michael walked me thru the entire process from start to finish and they took pictures of all my ducts to show me how dirty they were then showed me what they looked like after they were clean which no company has done before very trustworthy .
