Bruni and her ladies did a perfect job of cleaning my house, they cleaned the oven and refrigerator very good. She stayed in contact with me and her quote was great. You won't find any better cleaners in the valley.

My house is so clean after the Merry Maids have been there - I couldn't do without them! They do the stuff I don't have time for like the bathrooms and dusting the blinds. Thanks Merry Maids :-)

**********I wish we could give them 10 stars. This is the best team we have had from Queen of Maids hands down. They took meticulous care of everything they touched and were extremely friendly and polite. Have been for a while and plan on continuing to do business with them. I must say Jennifer and Carlos will be my go to team in the future. We have a larger home and were literally in the middle of moving in when I scheduled them... Probably not the smartest thing I could have done... They made the house look presentable in 2 hours!Please consider this as a personal recommendation for Queen of Maids.

All Things New was amazing. They just cleaned my grandma’s house as we are preparing to sell it and did an awesome job. Shannon and Amber cleaned every nook and cranny being the appliances and everywhere. I highly recommend this company’s and specifically Shannon and Amber.

I almost forgot to add Scott he did the windows inside and out and rocked it they look like new the sliding glass door slides better then it has in years now that is is clean in the track. Amazing!

Although the housekeeper was an hour late she was very quick and thorough and the house smell amazing when she was finished. I didn't worry at all about leaving her here alone to clean the house. I would definitely recommend wave house cleaning and I will be using them again in the future.

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.
