One of my coworkers used this service for a family member and had nothing but great things to say about them! Cass went above and beyond to clean my house and make it look like a home again. So very thankful for the little details that made such a big difference to me! Side note I don’t think my bathtub has ever looked this clean before (even when I bought the house), I’m still in shock. I will 100% be using their service again ?

As a new customer, I couldn't be happier with the service. Maria and Eva cleaned my home and I was delighted with the job they did. I've hired many cleaning services over the years and none of them have come close to doing the job MaidPro did. Honestly, my expectations weren't high given my past experiences, but the service was outstanding. I'll highly recommend MaidPro in the future.

I was disappointed in the service. Paid for a one time deep cleaning and the housekeepers said they'd be there for 2.5 to 3 hours, but came home at the 2.5 hours and they were already gone. House was found with many lights left on and their used wet rags on my bookshelf. Noticed they didn't even touch a bedroom and my entry way. Paid for a deep cleaning of my baseboards and it was obvious some weren't touched. Bookshelves covered in dust, mirror and picture frames filthy. Called and the company was very nice and sent different housekeepers. They were great but it was super awkward pointing out all the missed areas. Found out the company doesn't include basic cleaning like vacuuming couches and wiping down doors as part of there standard cleaning. The second team did an excellent job but overall won't do this again for that price.

We have used Arizona Cleaning for about 3 years and are very happy with their work. I was comfortable enough with their quality of work that I recommenced them to my parents and they now clean their home as well. A very satisfied customer!

I was nervous about having a new cleaner but honestly I feel like jennifer has done 100 xs better job with the details I need focused on then my last cleaner. I love how my house now feels fresh and really clean when she leaves.

Rachael, Ruth and Regina cleaned our home last week . They did a great job. Definitely 5 stars . We are pretty together around here, but getting everything really clean and sparkling is always helpful and welcome. My dogs are always ready to meet and greet and help with everything.

STAY FAR AWAY! I set up an appointment to get my house deep cleaned after I moved out to get it ready for upcoming tenants. My appointment time comes and goes and I receive an email saying that my appointment was cancelled and that I am being charged a late fee. I was shocked. I called and spoke with Amy, she claimed that they called me and texted me and because they couldn't reach me they weren't able to access the house. I sent my call log showing that there were no calls made and asked her to do the same. She said she would and never did. I follow up and call a couple of hours later, she then says that they tried to call but it didn't go through(which was just an obvious lie) and that they will be waiving the cancellation fee. She then claimed that the reason it was cancelled was because there animals and bugs in my house which was another blatant lie since they cancelled the appointment claiming that they couldn't enter the home because I didn't answer the calls they never made.

JUST STAY FAR AWAY. THIS IS A TERRIBLY RAN COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

On June 12th David came to our home to wash the windows and screens. It looks like we don't even have windows!!!! They are so clean and streak free; I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He arrived a few minutes early and worked efficiently during the time he was at our home. The screens look like brand new. Thank you David! We are seeing the world in a new way because of you.

Christine did a phenomenal job! She removed stubborn toilet rings and vacuumed well. Would recommend!

In case your wondering what a full house move out cleaning with all of the added extras gets you , see pictures. Absolutely 0 effort put into the floor dirt everywhere stains, Looks worse than before they touched it. Called into the service department and they told me there is nothing they can do because they spent enough time cleaning my house. Will never use again
