I cannot say enough great things about my experience using Dirt Busters. The house was spotless and the ladies were fantastic. They were on time and so sweet and friendly. Juana and Julia did a great job. They were so nice to my kids and chatted with them while they worked and my toddler kept asking questions! River was so helpful and responsive for any questions I had when setting up my cleaning and throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be using this company again. The piece of mind and clean home are totally worth it. Best money I've spent in a long time.

I needed to get my house clean before the weekend. Since it was Fourth of July weekend, I wasn’t sure if I would have someone come out. Last time I use Groupon for cleaning services, it was a complete nightmare. I had to get my money refunded. So I googled house cleaning near Peoria Arizona, and found dirt busters house cleaning. I called up and talked to Mario. Explain to me what the company was about and what kind of services they provided. After talking to Mario for a bit, I decided to use his company. They sent out technicians Vanessa E and Louisa H. Vanessa called me when she was on her way to my house. I was out running errands and told her how to get into the house. She gave me an estimate of how much time it will take. I had to come to my house while they were cleaning to grab a few items . Both Vanessa and Louisa were really kind. they were very easy to talk to and friendly. I left before they finished. While I was there I noticed they were doing a great job. When they completed the job I received a phone call from Vanessa. When I got home I was very impressed on the job they did on my house. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company, let my experience with dirt busters housecleaning help you out a little bit. I would definitely recommend this company.

After my previous cleaners missed 2 scheduled appointments Dirt Busters came to the rescue. Scheduling the next morning and following up the same day to ensure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. Jessica, our technician, made a specific effort in our bathrooms, leaving a flower shown below. Josh made a final follow up call the following Wednesday to schedule as well as ensure everything was done correctly.

We had our house cleaned by Dirt Busters for the first time this week and are very happy. We are set up for continued service now! Courtney was our technician and she was early, listened to exactly what I needed and was just so sweet! The customer service is exceptional - Chris called back immediately with a quote and quickly accommodated our appointment selection. I very highly recommend Dirt Busters House Cleaning to anyone looking for the perfect house cleaning service. The staff is very helpful and friendly ~ especially Chris and Edy. And the ladies who cleaned our house, Julia and Gabriella, did the absolute best, most thorough house cleaning we have ever had! I think I hadn't previously use Dirt Busters because I thought they worked only in and around Peoria and we live in Mesa, but I am so very glad I called them and I am definitely setting up a biweekly service now.

I’ve been a customer of Dirt Busters for years. It’s no small thing to arrange to have someone come into your home when no one is there to clean it. And when you have a dog or other pet, it is even more worrisome.But Dirt Busters is committed to providing a sense of comfort, security, and satisfaction for clients. My cleaning tech, Julia, has done an awesome job on our home. It always looks & smells fantastic when she’s done. Her work is careful and thorough. And it’s been great to have someone that my dog recognizes and with whom she feels comfortable.They have an awesome customer service team. I’ve worked with Trinidad, Maria and Chris and they’ve all been very helpful and focused on doing what they can to provide a great customer experience!

Gabriela L was my cleaning technician and she did a phenomenal job with cleaning our house. The toilets, bathrooms and floors were shining as they were new. She also cleaned few of our window sills upon request including the main door. Her service was very professional and she was on time. She went ahead and also changed our trash bags. Overall, I definitely recommend Dirt Busters. The pricing is slightly on the higher end but it is well worth the spend.Additionally, I spoke to Satchel R as my customer representative and she helped taking care of the account bookkeeping and noting special notes related to the future cleaning sessions.You have a great team, Dirt Busters and keep up the amazing service!

Great first experience with Dirt Busters House Cleaning! Super easy to work with and did everything they said they were going to do. Our technician Julia was amazing! She made the house look great and even made sure we were happy with everything before she left. Chris in the office was awesome as well, she made sure everything was buttoned up and we didn’t have any additional questions or concerns.

Had my first deep cleaning…Elizabeth and Louisa made my house sparkle!!! They were pleasant and paid attention to detail. We used Dirt Busters for a year and had a great experience. Everyone who came to clean our home was great and we were always satisfied with the cleaning job. You definitely have to be on top of your schedule since some advanced notice is needed to move a visit, but I appreciate that they want to make sure that cleaners aren't cancelled on last minute. They did a great job of consistently scheduling us every 4 weeks and having someone available.Our only complaint (and the reason we are moving to a different cleaning company) is that there was a different person sent to clean our home almost every time. This was only an issue for us because we have dogs and like to be around for the first few times a new person is in the home. Because someone different was sent every time, we always had to be sure to be home for the cleanings which has become more difficult with less work from home time. But overall this company has been great!

We love Lorena R she always is happy have a great attitude and does an amazing job! I love finding the toilet paper roses and tissue flowers so creative! I look forward to all her visits!

I had such a great experience Dirt Busters, as Brenda and Juana did such a good job with deep cleaning my entire townhouse. It looks spotless and they made sure that I approved how the work was done. They came on time, and jumped right into it. They were also very friendly and cautious with having my cats around who did not mind having them. I would also like to add that the customer experience, Charlie, was always helpful and supportive in process of booking and keeping me updated about everything. Edy did a great job as well. Our A/C was down that day and he was very accommodating trying to set up a new appointment, the A/C got fixed so he sent them over right away. We couldn't be happier!!

After recovering from covid, a death in the family and the FIFTH no call-no show from another company our house was looking pretty messy. I submitted an inquiry for pricing. Chris called me back within probably 15 minutes, walked me through everything, gave me the pricing and was able to get my home cleaned the very same day. Francisca sent an ETA ahead of time so I knew exactly when to expect her. She was extremely friendly, treated my animals well and did an amazing job cleaning. My house was sparkling by the time she was finished. I’m extremely impressed and I can relax knowing my home is taken care of while I deal with everything else. Chris called a couple of days later to check in, see how the cleaning went and ask if I was satisfied. She helped me move my recurring schedule to a day that would suit me better. Overall, this company is FANTASTIC!

Jewel C. Was our technician and she was amazing. We have bi-weekly service and usually have a different technician each time and we are always satisfied with the service. But she really did a great job to the point we requested her specifically to be our regular technician. Satchel M has given great customer service, is responsive, and friendly. We've been using Dirt Busters to help us maintain the cleanliness of our home for quite a few years now. Recently we requested Marilyn to be our permanent cleaning technician as she has always done an amazing job keeping our home clean. She is professional, friendly and highly personable. We always look forward to her visits. As an added bonus we don't have to lock up our pets like we usually do with other visitors to our home. They love her to death and Marilyn goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable as well.The office staff also has great customer service as well. Whether it be scheduling or some other thing we need to work out, they are very prompt and dedicated to helping. Usually I work with Charlie, but they are all just as prodigious.Highly recommended!

I recently had my house deep cleaned by Josephine and Yesenia. They did an amazing job and they were super friendly. They went above and beyond in my opinion on things like getting the hard water off of my glass shower. I’ve had other cleaners in the past give up on cleaning the hard water, but they didn’t. Also booking the service was really great too. I couldn’t take or make phone calls to book it because I was at work, so Trinidad helped me via text and then called my husband for payment since she knew I was at work. Everyone was very nice and I’m very happy with their service :)

I Started using Dirt busters before Covid. As with any service business, their brand and its reputation is carried by the person(s) they send to your house. I have to say that Dirt Busters staff has always done a good job cleaning my house. But once I found the best of the best (there is clean and then there is Spotless), they assigned her perminantly to my account (at my requests). Talya E cleans my house to perfection every 2 weeks. She is such a good house cleaner, that she often has a trainee with her, which means that Dirt Busters values her expertise as well. Last week the trainee was a quick learner, as Satchel R understood what the requirements were right from the start. Dirt Busters has great people working for them, and they are easy to work with.

We had our first cleaning service last week with Julia and we are completely satisfied with her work. She had her work cut out for her on the first go around as my busy work schedule doesn’t leave me much time for deep cleaning. Anyway, Julia was thorough and hard working and professional. I also enjoyed interacting with Chris when I signed up and again with the follow up call. She is a delight. I’m glad I found Dirt Busters.

We've been using Dirt Busters since 2021 and they have always been great. We had gone back and forth about whether we should pay for cleaning, when we could easily do it ourselves. But when we thought about the value of our time and how many other things we could be doing instead, we decided to give it a try. We were hooked after our first cleaning! It is so worth it! We have a technician come out every other week, and each time my husband and I talk about how much we love having the house cleaned! We truly appreciate this service!In the beginning we had different technicians coming out, but we really liked Mercedes and asked if there was any way we could have her be our regular technician. I didn't know if it was even a thing they offered, but we thought we would ask anyway. They approved it and we have been really happy with her work. Don't misunderstand though, all of the technicians have been great. We just happened to prefer Mercedes because she goes above and beyond our expectations.In terms of customer service, every time I've had a question, they have always been quick to respond. I've chatted with a number of people, Charlie most recently. Everyone has been great.If you're on the fence about trying Dirt Busters, I think you should just try it!! It's so worth it! They are fast, efficient, professional, and know how to run a business.

I have used this company a few times in the past. They are absolutely great people, very honest, very prompt,. Go the extra mile on everything with your home . Nothing is overlooked. I leave once they come in and they shut and lock everything up once they are finished and when I come home from work, it’s like walking into a brand new home I never worry about anything missing. You don’t have to worry about a thing. If they have a question they’ll shoot you a text message or contact you in another way. Chris that is usually on the phones. She is phenomenal. She squeezes me in on short notice Buffy this is the first time I met her. She has got a fantastic personality and she is a workhorse and Liz is great. I’ve had her a few times to my house which is nice to have the same people over and over that have been at your home before . I have been using Dirt Busters a few months now. Most of the time the service is good. Marilyn has come to our house a few times and does a very good job and she's very nice. The office customer service has been good but I don't know the name of the woman I spoke to before Christmas. One irritating thing is the constant request for reviews. I get a text after, an email after and sometimes even a text days after requesting reviews and comments. Feels a bit needy.

I have requested Jewel C to be my technician for my recurring cleanings and she is thorough, friendly, always on time, and professional. I am so glad I found a company I can trust in my home. I've had several house cleaning services through the years, but none took cleaning my house cleaning as seriously as Dirt Busters. Everyone from Satchel R in Customer Service to my technician, Marilyn C. Made me feel like a valued customer.I cannot speak highly enough of Marilyn. She's personable, thorough, warm, and caring. There was stuff in this house I thought would never come clean, but Marilyn has some tricks up her sleeve. My dogs absolutely loved her and fought for her attention. I had to leave for an appointment so I took one dog with me and left the other with Marilyn. When I got home, I had a sparkling, shiny house. I can't tell you how relaxing it is to sit back in a clean house and not feel like there's something I need to do. I'd tell you to ask for Marilyn, but I don't want her to get too busy to clean my house.Ok... you really should ask for Marilyn C.

I was unsure of what house cleaning service to go with for a few weeks before I finally decided to give dirt busters a go. They sent Jewel to my house and she made it look fantastic, I was very surprised at how well she did. She came again today at it and it looks just as good the first time, plus she gives my cat a lot of love when she stops by. If all their cleaners are like Jewel, then they are all top notch.

They were quick to answer my call and send me a quote. I’d say it was satisfactory, though there were definitely spots missed in my deep clean. Some baseboards were caught and some were missed. Items were dusted around rather than under on my media console and the strip of tile behind the toilet was missed both in sweeping and mopping. The areas they did clean, however, was good. And they were very friendly.

We’ve been having our house cleaned by dirt busters every 2 weeks for the last couple of years. I have ADHD and Depression and cleaning tasks are an huge struggle for me. Every service has been great! Amazingly, technician, Bianca, blew us away today with all of the extra little details. Everything was so spotless and she moved fast. Super impressive! We began using Dirt busters about a year ago due to some health issues after the death of our daughter. We are very particular with how clean we keep our home and with Dirt Busters, we have yet to be disappointed! All techs have been great. However, we got Marrissa today and O.M.Goodness.... she left our apartment SPOTLESS! I am absolutely grateful. You will not be disappointed with their services! Update:After leaving this review I began to get the not so thorough cleaners others spoke about. I would request prior techs, told I would get them, then the day of told someone new would come. Last time the girl was only here 40 mins then left. Looked like she had touched NOTHING! I only left it at 2 stars because the supervisor came right out to clean personally. However, this overall experience turned into a stressful situation and considering the only reason I contracted this service was to eliminate stress due to mental health while greiving, I left to try other services. Tried to came back today and now prices are ridiculously high. I would pay if I knew I would get the prior experience but I don't trust that I will. I hope to one day get the prior experience I had but until then I have to search elsewhere. Please go elsewhere

The staff was very friendly, they contacted me shortly after I complete the online quote. I spoke with Chris, they were very friendly and explained everything to me. The wonderful ladies who cleaned my house wer Fransica and Kelly G. they were just as friendly and did an amazing job!

I did a heap of research before hiring Dirt Busters. I was Concerned with quality of staff, company being insured for liability all the stuff you cannot get by hiring a local cleaning tech. It was important to us that we were dealing with a larger business. After all the research landed with Dirt Busters as Adriana (customer service) followed up with me promptly and answered all my questions without being pushy. We ordered the top to bottom with recurring biweekly cleans. Nathan and Francisca showed up exactly on time. My mother was here when they arrived. She asked them to clean her room first as she had the dogs in the laundry room to keep them out of the way of the cleaning techs. They promptly cleaned her room and she took the dogs into her room so they could get down to business and get down to business they did. We have a reasonably sized house and they cleaned literally top to bottom in our home. We came home and we were so pleased with the quality of the clean and the care they took while in our home. Mom said she barely heard them as they worked. Place was spic & span and we are delighted with the service Dirt Busters have provided so far. Hoping this is not a one time deal and we have a long standing relationship with this company!

Exceeded expectations doesn’t even encompass how impressed I am with Dirt Busters. I was literally FLOORED by how incredible of a job their team did. I just recently purchased an older house that I’m convinced had never been cleaned since it was built - and they turned it into a home. Their attention to detail was immaculate. However, their customer service is what really sets them apart! The first time this team tried to come, they had to leave unexpectedly as they were the unfortunate souls who discovered a huge sewer issue at my house. They quickly notified me, and helped relay several phone calls with me to set up quick, accurate repair for my sewer problem. Didn’t even charge me for the cleaning the team had started, and then quickly rescheduled to finish the job… only to have it cut short in the final moments thanks to the city mistakenly turning off our electricity, which I only knew because they again called me. What are the chances! They even thought the whole thing was weird, and again relayed several calls with me to help me figure out the problem. These were problems they never signed up for nor had to take upon themselves to help with, but they did, and the integrity they showed by caring for my house like their own home will have me forever recommending them to everyone I can.

Showers were remodeled that caused a lot of dust. Called Dirt Busters on a Monday and they were out on Wednesday to do a deep cleaning as the house was very dusty. They did a very thorough job cleaning ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, appliances, fronts of cupboards and vanities and all the normal house cleaning tasks as well. Definitely recommend them.

Paloma, our cleaner, was excellent.I have a phobia about other mops, rags, and vacuums coming into my home after being used in other homes because of covid.Paloma listened carefully to what I asked and cheerfully did it exactly the way I asked it to be done.Obviously Dirt Busters is very careful on who they choose to do their cleaning. I was happy with my first cleaning! Mercedes was great and when I asked her to get a spot that was missed, she readily fixed it. She was also 10 minutes early as well! Sweet!! Donalea was nice enough to help me with a hard water stain I noticed . Josh was good with his customer services skills. The only thing I would change was the vinegar mix they used to clean my home. It cleaned well, but I am not fond of a vinegar aroma… a clean pleasant smell that says this place is really clean works better for me. I will use Dirt Busters again… Really nice people! My client had us reschedule 4-5 times, and River was great about it. Tiffany was the cleaner who arrived for the work, and she did a great job. My client is a picky type of person, and she only had good things to say about tiffany.

My first Deep Clean with Dirt Busters was great! The entire process has been so professional from the moment I called. I was so impressed, and the Deep Clean left my house feeling and smelling great. I was excited to book a regular cleaning package with them :)

Isabella and Beatrice cleaned my house. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional but also friendly. I was in a pinch and Dirt Busters was able to come the next day. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I will definitely be using Dirt Busters in the future. I hope I have Beatrice & Bella back too!

Their service quality is very inconsistent. I had good service with one particular staff, but apparently she left the company and after that, I was simply unhappy every time. One of them was unbelievable. She did not even vacuum or mopped our house AT ALL (it was absolutely obvious, I vacuumed entire house as soon as I got home after working all day long.) None of the sinks was really cleaned. I was furious. She also left the house unlocked when no one was at home. She was here for at least for 3 hours (we know as my husband work at home), I have zero idea what she did over 3 hours. We had to look throughout the house if anything was stolen (nothing did not seem missing.) They don't have a good communication system or they don't care what they do; we have 2 cats and they knew it. But the staffs left the front door wide open for a while when they were bringing their things in. Luckily our cats did not run out but it was certainly possible. There are too much unprofessional experience and I cannot list everything here. I stayed patient but after multiple of these experience, I was just done. Unbelievable service, definitely don't recommend to anyone.

When I called to first schedule my cleaning, I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful and informative. I got multiple confirmations reminding me of my clean and Marlena and Francisca texted me when they were on their way. They were great with my dogs, I was not home when they arrived so they took my partner through an explanation of what they would be doing. Then I got a final walk through at the end. Felt so good to go to bed knowing that every nook and cranny was cleaned. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

I really enjoyed using DirtBusters. It was easy to book as I was able to do it completely by text with Josh, who was super responsive! Amy and Madeleine came and did an awesome deep clean! I had an issue with a light bulb I was fixing just as they were leaving and it shattered everywhere, they went back out and got their vacuum and cleaning supplies and helped me clean it all up so my kids could run around without fear of glass. A family member works for the company. Management was made aware they had a Dr. Appointment scheduled a week in advance. Management told them it was ok but for next time let them know 2 weeks in advance. Management set them up for failure had them do a job. That caused them to stay past 3pm. This caused the family to miss there childs appointment. There response was this job comes before your parental responsibility. I find this to be unethical and just a failure in leadership. I think the BBB should look into the matter

Aurelia & Megan did a fantastic job cleaning our 5 bedroom 3 bath home. They were prompt, professional, didn't mind the pets we have, and allowed us to remain in the home while they did their thing. They were absolutely thorough which was great. I appreciated they wore masks during this time. I highly recommend this company. We have booked them to come in every 2 weeks for maintenence. My house felt squeaky clean after my deep cleaning. My techs were Rosario and Kathleen. They were polite, easy to talk to and they worked on cleaning my home so fast it didn’t feel rushed or anything but they really worked well to tag team the work. The house smelled good and fresh too! Sparkling countertops, I really liked the quality of their work. They worked around me since I was working from home and I appreciated the accommodation. I can’t wait for my next cleaning I’m requesting these girls at all times!

We had Chelsea come out to do a deep clean in our new home before we move in. She arrived right on time, early in the morning, and she and another lady worked really hard for about 3 hours cleaning our home from top to bottom. Booking was super easy, we found this company through Yelp and they had great reviews, and I was able to contact them there and get a call from Josh with information to book. Now, once I can convince my husband that we need recurring cleanings I will hire them for that, too!

This morning, we had Dirt Busters in our home for a deep cleaning. We are hosting multiple visitors this month and wanted to make sure that we were guest ready! Autumn and her counterpart were here for almost 6 hours doing everything from cleaning blinds to mopping floors. The ladies were busy the entire time and did a phenomenal job. The window for arrival was 8-9 am today and both women pulled up to the house at 7:59 am. I can't express gratitude enough for the job that was done. Toni & Vanessa did an awesome job coming into our house and taking care of all of our cleaning needs. They also bonded real quickly with the dogs who watched over all their activities with interest. My wife and I had some special requests when it came to using specific cleaning products along with our own floor scrubber and they took our requests in stride and did everything we asked of them. Maribel and Aurelia were amazing. They were fast and thorough. They wre prompt. They were supposed to arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., and they arrived at 6:55 a.m. They were kind. Prior to this, I had two other house cleaning services. They were both okay, but Dirt Busters and Maribel/Aurelia were by far the best. I could go on and on! Before I do that, let me just say that the price was incredibly fair for all the work they did. All my windows were streakless, the counter was glossy and perfectly clean, the appliances shined, the showers and bathrooms were spotless, carpet beautifully fluffy and vacuumed, my lights were clear and bright after they cleaned the glass so well, the wood furniture was polished beautifully from the dusting job they did. I didn't mention everything here, but I hope you get the point. The cleaning service was excellent, and I highly recommend Dirt Busters, and specifically Maribel and/or Aurelia.Julia also cleaned may house, and I can't say enough about what a great job she did.

The only reason I'm giving any stars is simply for the communication and customer service. That was excellent! However I paid for a deep clean only for my cleaner, Beatriz, to be in my home for 7 hours and only do 2/3 of the services promised. I am still finding areas that were clearly not touched such as the outside of kitchen cabinets (just one example of many). She also damaged a wall by pulling the curtain rod out of the wall and did not even tell us. We found it ourselves when we went into our room after she had left. While I appreciate that the company was willing to come out a second time to do what was missed, that was 7 hours of my time I had to set aside as I have a toddler and 2 small dogs. It took a lot to get my day rearranged for the first time and I just could not work it out to do that again.

After a year of being shut-in/down, our house needed a deep clean. We had an amazing tech, Angela, who came SAME DAY to do the initial deep clean (5 hours!). We are scheduled for 1x month going forward and we won't be happy if we don't see Angela who does quality work! Thanks everyone @Dirt Busters who helped us make this happen. Did I mention great pricing?

I've recommended Dirt Busters in the past for clients moving in or out of their home but this was the first time I've used them for my personal property. It seems good customer service is hard to come by these days and Dirt Busters exceeded my threshold. They were friendly, sent reminders and showed up on time. They cleaned everything they said they would to my expectations, and I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness. I plan to give them many more referrals.

Hired them on a pinch for moving “deep cleaning”. Was thankful that they had immediate appointments available and the guy on the phone was very helpful. The price was a bit steep but I generally don’t mind paying the price if it means quality work. Well… I came home today to crumbs and dust still on my kitchen counters. Corners of the carpet weren’t clean thoroughly and I ended up having to do more cleaning to complete the job. ?‍♀️

The housekeepers/cleaning staff are just fine. I used this service 2 times. The cost is OUTRAGEOUS! My house is quite clean to start with, because I clean non-stop. I had surgery and wanted somebody to go over it while I recovered. $408 for 2 visits, 2 weeks apart. NUTS! What a racket! I GUESS the cleaners get less than 1/2 of that ridiculously high fee, because I hired somebody else now, and that's how much they charge, 60% LESS! Absurd!

First of all, Julia is a champ. She does an outstanding job, on top of being an extremely nice person. I work from home, and Julia somehow manages to make this house sparkle while being so quiet that I sometimes forget she's here! Excellent work, and I totally trust anyone that Dirt Busters sends to my home.

Had a deep cleaning done on a newly purchased home today by 2 great gals from Dirt Busters. They did an awesome job cleaning but that didn't even stand out because every step of the process was beyond expectation. Response to my inquiry was within 5 minutes. Whole set up was done on line and not a single glitch. Promptly starting the job at earliest designated time and 3 hours later the house sparkled. First class service all the way. Amy and Bertha were beyond amazing! I suffer from a form of blood cancer and my wife passed away in 2017. Living alone in a large house is difficult and it took me a long time to get out of my grief stage to sell it. Certain areas are difficult for me to clean, plus I’ve had 4 lumbar spine surgeries. They went above and beyond to make my home look perfect for the Realtor coming out to take pictures later in the week. Dogs have also been part of my life for 50 years and pet hair is gone. Amy A+++ as far as listening .to me who has very few friends all far away and basically no visitors since Covid. Besides a super cleaning job she added a very pleasant personality to make my day enjoyable, as I don’t have many of those. I highly recommend them both and hope to see them again soon in my next much smaller house.

Hadn’t had my house professionally cleaned since the start of COVID, and it was getting out of control. Dirt Busters sent Mayra S. & Nicole C. for a deep clean and they did an amazing job! Cleaned everything, dusted places I’d neglected for months, and even helped organize my kitchen a bit. I worked from home as they cleaned and I really appreciated them being considerate of that.

I'm revising my original 5 star review of Dirt Busters. After being with them for years, they've decided to raise our rates to cover rising costs which we get.. but they increased us by 64%.. I can't even comprehend how a 64% increase isn't gouging, especially for a company that expects their staff to buy their own supplies. You heard me right - they absolutely buy their own cleaning supplies!! We were notified by email which went into my spam which is not the first time we've had communication issues with them. We canceled service and are hiring someone else - we suggest you do the same.

Toni & Chelsea did a deep cleaning for us and it was great. The girls are friendly, professional and efficient. We've used other services in the past but they would call at the last minute to say they would be hours late or not even show up. The office managers worked with our time schedule to make it work for us.

Jessica was so wonderful! She was super friendly, and managed to work around my meeting schedule for my job (I work from home). The house is so clean now and I feel like she lifted a literal weight off my shoulders!

I had researched and read reviews before choosing Dirt Busters. I was a little nervous since I had not used a cleaning service before but they made the whole process worry-free. Luisa did an amazing job in cleaning my house. I have a ceiling fan in my kitchen that over time had accumulated oil and dust and just looked gross but she made it look almost brand new. I did not opt for recurring service at this time but should I need any services in the future or decide on recurring service, I wouldn’t think twice about who I would call.

These guys are simply the best! Worth every penny! My house gets about six months worth of dust every week due to me having 4 dogs and a desert landscape. They came in and left my house spotless! It felt like I was in a model home when they finished. They are so detail oriented and I was shocked at how quickly they finished cleaning my 1600 sqft house top to bottom. I have them coming every week now because they are literally lifesavers. The work they do saves me hours of cleaning that I would have to do myself every week. I’m so glad I found them online!

I have been using Dirtbusters since 2010 (at 3 different homes). Their work has always been very good and reasonably priced. The staff in the office is very professional and accommodating, even with last minute requests.The crews that are doing the actual cleaning are ALWAYS prompt and friendly! The crews also do a very good job cleaning while taking the time to be considerate of delicate items.I have not had an issue in all the years I have used their service.I would not hesitate to recommend Dirtbusters to anyone. First cleaning ever last Thursday and Zowie and Francisca did an amazing job. Everything was spot on clean and the way they even re-organized things after they cleaned was better than I had things places originally! It’s those finishing touches that really impressed me. I am very unhappy with this company. They say they make appointments, but they make THREE HOUR WINDOWS. You never get the same maids. Only two maids they have sent knew how to clean house. The other maids were horrible. One didn't even know how to make a bed and didn't clean either of my bathrooms. I am looking for a new service and will NEVER USE this company again.

Highly recommended. Landlord didn't even recognized his own floors after the move-out clean. He thought we replaced the floors. They were able to remove the cigarette smell from the previous tenants. This company kept cleaning during this pandemic which was very much appreciated. They have been careful about telling staff to wear masks as we have 2 immunosuppressed family members. Teena does a great job every time and is careful around our pets.
