Best Kitchen Clean in Phoenix AZ

Bruni and her team were recently recommend to me. They showed up on time, worked diligently and did a fantastic job. As someone previously posted, their products smelled nice and were not overpowering. They worked continuously from the time they arrived with no breaks and they were here over 6 hours. I highly recommend them and for sure will be using them again!

We hired them for their 4 hour cleaning service in advance of a party. They arrived promptly, we're friendly and professional. Because two people came they finished in 2 hours. We were very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again.

I really like that the cleaning team of four can have my house clean from top to bottom in just over an hour.

They consistently show up to clean as scheduled and notify me in advance when they are coming out. The cleaning could be more thorough and my place put back together better when they leave.

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.

They are prompt and professional. I had left my apt unlocked for them but the complex had inspected and locked it. The cleaner was patient enough to call me and allow me the opportunity to call the office and get her access. They could very easily have left and charged me some B.S. fee.
The apt and rug cleaning was perfect. She even cleaned out the storage unit to make sure there were no issues with my deposit.
I would be more than happy to recommend and hire them again.

Gabby's House Cleaning really came through when no other company would. I moved into a new place on October 1st and I went with a different company and they cancelled last minute. I called Gabby's House Cleaning and they were able to send 2 great cleaners. They did such a good job I will most likely use them on a regular basis. Thank you Gabby's House Cleaning!

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.
