Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

Plumbing Professionals with great customer service. I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them. Hero Home Services recently replaced most of the drainage system beneath my house. I have a 130 year old home in a historic district in Phoenix. They were incredibly fast to respond. Very professional and did a great job explaining my situation and the recommended options each step of the way. Once I agreed to a plan of action, they executed the plan exactly as promised and encouraged me to review/test the results with them to ensure I was fully informed prior to signing off on the project. They did an amazing job of helping me manage expectations with my tenents and minimize the impact of what could have been a very invassive project. A HUGE thanks to the entire crew!!

Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expense. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it…never heard from them again and never got the credit.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We had an amazing experience getting our entire house repiped, both cold and hot. David, Cameron, and MJ worked their butts off to get the huge job done in just 2 days! They were incredibly respectful in our home; they put plastic down and vacuumed up their mess. All of these workers are just great guys- even my dog loved them. Highly recommend.
