I hired this company to clean before I moved into my home. I was disappointed to find hair and dust in plain sight. (windows seals, banquet, inside vanity drawers in the master bathroom.) The cleaners also left a different clinet's personal information on an invoice in a folder. It was sloppy work all the way around. It may have been a one off kinda day for them, but for the cost I expected better.

Love this service! The crews are efficient, friendly, and thorough. I've used them for several years after trying many others. No comparison-Queen of Maids is far superior. I highly recommend them.

First of all, the office personnel are professional and very competent, as well as pleasant. The cleaning staff pay attention to detail, are on time, and are very friendly. I am so impressed with the quality of service we received. The house was very much in need of a thorough cleaning after our 11 months of COVID quarantine. Claudia and Susanna arrived perfectly on time after texting their eta as I had requested. They understood immediately what I wanted done and just jumped right in and got going. They did a beautiful job even on our stone flooring and marble. Everything is sparkling fresh and shiny. They also put things back exactly where they were, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the excellent service from this company and particularly Claudia and Susanna. Excellent all around experience and we will use this company monthly. Also, booking the service on the phone with Melinda was quick and easy with an accurate estimate.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

I've used several cleaning services and MaidPro is by far the best. Our gal does a great job cleaning our house! I also compared prices before hiring them, and MaidPro was very competitive.

The man did a fantastic job; he was very informative and detailed as to the cleaning processes he followed throughout the house. He showed us where the stains were and what he was going to do to get the job done.
