Jose was great! He was friendly and polite. He was patient and took his time explaining everything to us, like what to expect and next steps. He even took off his shoes in our home, which was appreciated though not required! He was all smiles and we would be thrilled to work with him again.

Zach showed up on time, explained the entire process and moved and treated necessary furniture and clothing. It was a 3 hour process. Yes, it does get very hot, well above 150’ in the room they are treating.

We had Duane come out and take care of a fly infestation. They scheduled him and he came out introduced himself and had a great attitude. He explained what he was going to do and did warn us that after the treatment they would start dropping. He wasn’t kidding. After he left we started getting dead flies all around our house. Must have been within hours that they started dying. He even scheduled an appointment to come back to retreat if necessary but by the time he came back 2 days later they were gone.
