This company is apparently a complete scam. They continue to claim that I owe them money for services that I have already paid for. At the same time, they refuse to provide any sort of statement or ledger detailing services rendered and payments recieved. They ignore requests for information and refuse to review my own account statements showing the payments in full. Now, they've decided to just add charges to any card I've used with them, without my consent. In short, if I could give them 0 stars, that would still be too many. Buyer beware.

They are the only ones who clean our home

We have only had our first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority, but we were very satisfied with the team, their attitudes and the great job they did. Very energetic and efficient. They seemed to take a lot of pride In their work and I couldn't find anything that they missed. We are due for our 2nd cleaning soon and I am looking forward to another great experience.

One of the cleaners was fast and efficient and good. The others seemed to have no experience, were slow and did not respond to requests, and spent most of their time talking to each other. Near the lowest value I have ever seen from a cleaning company. At least they were on time.

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.
