Bruni and her team are awesome! We are new clients this week and we couldn't be happier with their performance. The team was polite, diligent, hard-working, respectful, and had a great attitude. They not only cleaned and disinfected, but did high dusting, wood-polishing, oven and refrigerator cleaning, and even interior window cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness and attention to detail. We highly recommend Bruni and her team of professionals.

I needed a service at the last minute to help clean up my listing before photos were taken. They worked with my client’s specific needs, cleaned around them while they were home, and did a very thorough job. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality.

Been using their service for years now. Every visit they do incredible work. Rarely find any issues, and when I do they address them immediately. Great to work with around work schedule. Work travel requires regular adjustments to scheduled appointments and have always worked with me to accommodate. Would recommend working with Sean and his team to friends and family. Cleaner showed up last week and did a very poor job. I called to inform the coordinator who set up appointment and she was very nice and set up a redo for the next day for free. I moved out of a duplex and only had one more day there. The next day I got a call that the cleaner for the redo who indicated she couldn't find the key which I left in the mailbox outside the duplex door. She left and that was that. No cleaning redo. She could wait a moment to hear from me to see if she was at the right location and to thoughouly check the mailbox for the key. My friend went over to do last minute touch ups and sure enough he said the key was in the mailbox. I will not used this company again. The lady who set up the original appointment and redo follow up was awesome and kind throughout this ordeal and refunded my payment. She is an asset to the company unlike the cleaners they have working there.

The cleaning crews are professional and thorough. They are a pleasure to have clean our house. They arrive during the appropriate time and are flexible with my schedule. We have a large home and have them clean over 1/2 of it. It is such a load off my plate as a working mom. Best decision ever! So glad we found Maid Right.

Called them in the morning to start service at my apartment and they were out that afternoon. The maids did an excellent, thorough job. Couldn't have been better!

Unfortunately missed the corners of the couches, which is where the cats rub. Seemed to have glossed over other areas. Overall good upkeep.

I called Ramirez Cleaning Solutions after being referred by a friend. I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleaning strategy. Anais who is the owner came out and did a great thorough job. She was pleasant and knew how to clean! No cross contamination was done and she was quick! I will definitely be using them regularly.

Very unprofessional. We have had 5+ Airbnbs out in AZ for 4 yrs. They sent multiple sets cleaners that are inexperienced, don’t complete the job and don’t follow directions. Big communication breakdown as the Spanish to English translation breaks down. Not good at follow through.

Very first cleaning I was charged for 2 hours when in fact cleaners were there for 1 hr and it was verified they left for court but stated they worked for a complete 2 hr on work order.

Multiple cleanings had to be re-done because they were not done properly. 1 of my reservations cancelled due to improper cleaning. We have pics for all cleanings.

The last week we used them 2 of our cleanings were not done on the scheduled days or cleaned the days we set the week prior.

After all this we asked for a refund for the remaining cleanings we prepaid for but didn’t use due to horrible cleaning jobs and we were denied. So our last resort since customer service needs were met was to put our experiences out there for others.

Expensive did horrible job and refused to do anything about it. Water stains left on cushions, and were still dirty. Had it vaccumed few days after and this shows how well a job was done

At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are professionals, I thought they knew best.

Peak cleans my airbnb property. They always do an excellent job. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because one time they did have to reschedule my clean two days later and they did not tell me until they missed the arrival time. Not critical if this was my home, but my airbnb guests have an expectation that I try to meet. One other time, they had an issue with scheduling and the owner Patrick showed up to clean himself.

Carlos was great! So helpful and professional, and my garage looks brand new. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Best experience I called Mike to come out and clean my tile and carpet he came out such short notice did an outstanding job was honest with my the whole time and the price was really fair I love the look of my carpet and tile so clean and smells so good I would definitely recommend him to other people Thank you so much Mike for your service
