At first, it seemed like I was getting a good job, for a steep price, which I did not mind. The job was completed. Jim's workers were pleasant but they did not do the job properly. They also did not do what they had promised to complete. There were portions of the floor that were just awful and you could see the sanding circles. Also, they were suppose to leave me a pint of the concocted color ( which was a blend of other colors) they did not. I have called twice and Jim has not returned my calls. I would suggest to go elsewhere. Thank you

I wish I could give Jim a better score, unfortunately when it was all said and done we paid a lot of money for a mediocre job. We asked for a repair for some water damage and the damaged parts were not replaced, only about a quarter of the wood I thought he was going to replace actually got replaced. He also picked the wrong color stain and his main employee tried to tell us it was the right color stain but it obviously wasn't. We put our foot down and they finally agreed to resand and restrain it. They then put down one coat of a semi gloss finish on the whole floor and it looked excellent but the following day they returned and put the 2nd coat on, this time, for some odd reason, they put a matte finish. We assumed it would dry shiner like the first coat so we paid them and they left. The next day we realized it was a different finish and you can now see obvious streaks of semi gloss under the matte finish. Not to mention the matte finish makes our once beautiful wood floors now look dull and you can see every spot and mark. Not the experience I expected when I read the reviews and saw the quoted price. Jim is very sweet but the work is no where near the quality you would expect for the very premium price. I could have replaced all of our floors for what it will cost to get the finish corrected and for what he charged to replace about 12 square inches of wood.

Spoke with Jim on Wednesday. He came out to the house on Friday and the repair was done on Sunday! Couldn’t ask for better service or better results! Jim and Dustin were awesome!

Jim is a delight. He fit me in last minute and fixed a hole that a naughty dog chewed in the hardwood floor (?!!) in mere minutes. Absolutely recommend!!!

Can’t say enough to thank Jim for coming to fix our floor, old fashion customer service , he was the only person to reply to our request .
