Floor Source - Phoenix

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Source. We went to a couple of other places to get some estimates for a tile floor about 900 sq ft. , We decided to go with Floor Source. Dave Andrews came out to our home and took measurements and gave us a rough estimate but we need to see Floor Source,’s tiles to match what we liked. He gave us a few options and was spot on, so he came back with a new estimate and we agreed, The crew came out on time and worked a full day. They were timely, efficient and very friendly. The crew finished the job in 4 days. It looks absolutely amazing. We are very pleased with the work and the excellent professionalism. We would highly recommend Floor Source to do work. Thank you so very much for our new floors.

Floor Source was amazing from start to finish for our project! From figuring out how to go around a back order issue to the finishing touches at our house. We did 1400 sqft of new laminate flooring + trim and LOVE it! The guys that came to our house were professional, on time, clean, and did amazing work!

We wanted to get luxury vinyl plank flooring and did our due diligence. One of the bids we got was from a company who does heavy marketing on Facebook and had decent reviews. They were our first bid.

We then contacted Dave Andrews at Floor Source AZ to come out and give us a bid as well. Dave beat the bid of the first company we contacted-and Dave (and Floor Source) had pretty amazing reviews, so we decided to go with them to install 1340 square feet of Moda Living, Endless Summer LVP. Dave was extremely easy to work with-had answers to our many questions and was very patient with us through the whole process. The Floor Source installers (David Cosma and his brother) were amazing and completed the job in 3 1/2 days -when the estimated time was 5 days! Keep in mind this included tearing up a LOT of tile as well

Dave also came out after the flooring was done to make sure that everything was good to go. We will have Dave and Floor Source come out to do the carpeting in the remaining rooms most likely by end of year.

From start to finish this was a great experience (other than having to prepare by putting things away to have the floor installed ??) Jarod’s customer service was exceeded excellence and he was very responsive to my questions in a timely manner .. usually within an hour or less - and I had plenty. Jorge’s crew that installed was courteous, professional and friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. Jorge was extremely helpful/creative with some problem areas in the home due to the home design/layout. I absolutely love the new flooring and baseboards! The quality of materials and workmanship is A+ I am not difficult, but I expect a job to be done well. ?????????? to the entire team!

The sales process in the showroom was great. Pricing was competitive so once we determined the flooring we wanted the process was easy. They assured a top notch installation and they blew away our expectations. Jim and Victor treat your home like their own and there was not a single flaw in their work. Amazing job!

Dave Andrews with Floor Source just put in new flooring in my bathrooms that had old, outdated, saltillo type looking tile. Look at this beauty that was installed.

They also text you the day before the install is happening with an estimated time of arrival which is really helpful, not all contractors do that.

Dave also recommended this tile when my wife and I were looking at other tiles, we almost went with a small hex tile that was 5x more expensive, but he listened to our needs, and because we were moving out of our place in 1 year and renting it out, it didn't make sense to spend that money on this home, but would make sense to get something really high end for our next home.

Richard was easy to work with. Jim and Victor did a great job of laying the floor. They cleaned up afterwards each day. I wish the had someone to paint the floor molding afterwards.

I was so impressed with Floor Source to install new carpet in our home! Tiffany was wonderful to work with and came out to measure and make recommendations on carpet and padding.

The installers were on time, fast and did quality work. The pricing is very fair and we are SO happy with our experience!

Not only did we receive quality carpet but we got remarkable customer service. The carpet came in two weeks early, when we had a family emergency they rescheduled our installation with no issues, the installers were early, polite, unbelievably fast, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Would recommend without hesitation.

Tiffany was super helpful at the store. We needed some carpet installed with in a week. They had a very nice selection in stock carpet (and everything else you can imagine to order). The installers, Jim and Victor, did an outstanding job! They took up all of the old tile and installed the new vinyl flooring, and they were very meticulous with their installation. I went through the Costco flooring program, and worked with Cy Dalberg, who was very prompt in responding initially, and throughout my flooring project, to all my questions and concerns. I had all three bedrooms' carpeting removed and new tile installed to match the tile that is throughout the rest of the house. I couldn't be happier!
My flooring installers were Adan and Alex. They were wonderful. They did a great job, were prompt, experienced, and professional. I can't say enough good about them! I am very happy they were the installers!

This was our first time ever purchasing carpet for a home. We chose FS for the location and reviews. We walked in on Saturday and had our carpet installed the next Friday. We bought what was in stock/contract grade because it was going into a guest bedroom that rarely is used. Dave informed us on the grades of carpet and padding. I feel we got a great deal and will definitely refer Floor Source to others.

Floor Source is a great company. They sold me what I wanted (high end LVP) the competitors kept wanting me to buy the cheep stuff. They also installed new baseboards. Floors and baseboards look exceptional. The workmanship is top notch too. My favorite part is that they went the extra mile to level my floors better than spec. It may cost a touch more but I can vouch for the quality I received.

We had hardwood flooring installed throughout the first level of our home. They came when they said they would, they worked diligently and professionally. The installers were so kind and helpful. I felt like they were doing the work as they would for their own home. The J&J crew were incredible! They moved our furniture all back to the original spots. And the floors look AWESOME.

He really listened to what we were looking for. Last week, his team removed 865 SF of carpet and replaced with vinyl flooring in our new dining room, as well as our kids play area. The install team did a phenomenal job...they worked efficiently, the areas were cleaned immediately, and they never seemed to stop (the install was completed in just 1 day)! Thank you! We are so happy with how it all looks.

Dave worked with us on scheduling and made sure we had the install team that was best for our particular job. We were thrilled with Mario and his installation team! They were on time, wore masks and worked very efficiently. All of our questions were answered regarding the install and Mario and his team did a great job moving our furniture and then making sure it was all back in place after they had vacuumed the new carpeting. Everything was clean and in place, inside and out, before they left. These guys went the extra mile for us and we appreciate their professionalism!

We had carpet in 2 bedrooms, an office, and a casita replaced with tile by Floor Source. Our salesperson, Tiffany, was fantastic. She was great at communicating with us during the whole process and was able to get us a very fair price. The estimate was accurate and there were no hidden costs. The installation crew did a great job and did everything that I asked of them without a complaint. ( I’m pretty picky ) The floors are beautiful.

I was frustrated trying to get a small job of carpeting installed. I could purchase it but wait months for installation. I was able to get a quote, purchase the carpeting at a better installed price AND set up installation within days This is for a rental where getting the job done quickly is critical. We had several estimates with outrageous prices, over estimated square footage needed etc. Cy Dalberg came to our home done his own estimates and we were able to get a better deal for what the other stores offered.
We had less square footage, so we were able to upgrade the type of carpet from the other stores and still save. The installation was very good and they moved and replaced all the big heavy furniture at no extra cost.
I also was concerned with putting new padding and carpet on dirty floors and the installers cleaned every room before new carpet was laid.
Very happy with my choice.

We hired this company through Costco and they said they would take care of everything. Well they ordered the wrong amount of carpet, we never got updates and always had the ask them for an update, and when we paid for the extra carpet we were told we would get a gift card to Costco. We asked them several occasions and they replied we ordered the carpet at costs. What does that even mean? If you want to do all the work and expect them to give you the run around then hire this company.

Thanks very much to the whole team at Floor Source for making our den the home office of our dreams! Dave Andrews brought samples to our house, inspected and measured our floors, and emailed estimates. Christin and Tony delivered and installed the product we had selected, working together to carefully lay the planks, cut and install them, and cleaned up glue residue with mineral spirits. We can't wait to move our furniture back into the room.

Excellent Customer Service! From the moment I called looking for discontinued tile until the time I picked it up, I was treated like their VIP customer. Every step of the way, my needs were their top priority. I had been looking for this tile for several weeks and have called over 40 companies. The moment I called Floor Source, not only did they have my tile... they were out the next day to quote the job and estimate the tile that I'd need! All I wanted for Christmas was this tile... and I got way more. I got an amazing experience finding and picking up this tile. My little tile needs were treated with total importance and I really appreciate it. I can't say enough about this amazing company! Use them for your tile needs. Call them first! They are awesome!

From start to finish our project was painless. From the moment we stepped into the showroom David Andrews was there to answer all our questions and setup a install date. Tile installers Antonio and crew were outstanding, they worked together like a well oiled machine.
Their trim installer Robert was great also as well as the carpet repairmen.
All in all we are extremely happy with Floor Source, they done what was promised and were on time.

Well Scott, since you asked, yes it was Floor Source off the I17, my boyfriend actually paid for the carpet so it's his name. The reason for the 2 stars is, the first time we came in the showroom, no one acknowledged us except a salesman that was already working with a client. When we walked up to the desk to ask for a sample of some in stock carpet, the girls couldn't be bothered to stop their conversations and help us. Then a guy came in from the warehouse and joined in their conversation and looked as us as though we were disturbing them. Finally the salesman that was with a client that came over and helped us get a sample. A week or 2 later we came on to purchase some special order carpet and Brent helped us, he told us the.carpet would be in on Friday and we'd get an email to pay for the carpet. We got an email telling us the carpet would be in on Friday and to click on the link to pay, when we click the link we got an error that said don't open the page. I called and talked to a girl who was helpful and she let me know that the order wasn't placed because it hadn't been paid for yet.this is understandable, but it wasn't told to us that it needed to be paid for first. We did ask to pay for it when we were there and Brent told us we'd get an email but made it seem like the order was placed.
We ended up finally getting the carpet but the process was not seemless like it should have been.

Brent Mouton was incredibly helpful. From making the choice in the store, to coming out next day to measure and the final install all in was 3 weeks. He was courteous, followed through and we got a great product at a great value.

From start to finish the experience was great. Jarod was very helpful with helping us to pick out product and color. Our installers were professional and did a terrific job.

My floors are absolutely beautiful! Tony and Christin were polite and friendly. Tony listened carefully to how we wanted it to look and proceeded exactly as discussed. They were both very hard workers. When he discovered an unexpected problem with the transition from the dining room to the family room, he carefully leveled it before continuing his work. I would refer Floor Source to everyone who is having new floors installed.

The two men carpeted our whole two story house in less than 7 hours- that includes furniture moving and taking apart beds and putting them back together. When they left, it looked like a brand new house! The carpet is luxurious and very affordable. I highly recommend!

Floor Source recently installed about 1600 square feet of beautiful wood-plank tile for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They really did a fantastic job from the initial estimate, through a complete tear-out of carpet, laminate and tile and then the nearly flawless installation of tile and grout. Baseboards too are nicely done and a huge upgrade from what we had before. The installers were on time, polite, helpful in picking out a grout color. They had to move a lot of furniture and the tile tear out was extremely messy. But in the end, everything looked perfect. They moved all the furniture back and I can tell they wiped everything down in the house from all the dust. Also we obtained 3 estimates prior to hiring them, and theirs was the lowest. Couldn't be more pleased!!!

I bought my flooring through Costco. They were informative and patient with me as I asked all my questions during the sale. Installation setup via phone was easy and installers were great! Very friendly and relaxed. Got the job done quick, right, and my floors look AMAZING! Carpet guy who fixed the carpet after flooring install was on-time, quick, and got the job done.
Overall amazing.

New tile installed in living room, laundry, hallway and master bedroom. Replaced laminate flooring. Worked with Dave throughout the process of tile selection and installation. Good guy and knows his stuff, pricing was good too. Crew was very efficient at tile installation, communications sometimes difficult as they didn't speak much English. A bit disappointed after the crew was gone though. They failed to remove all the nails left in the baseboards from the shoe molding that was eliminated. And they washed out their grout buckets on my side yard which resulted in lots of caked grout in my neighbor's yard. Overall, I'd use them again but would pay closer attention to the details.

From start to finish Floor Source has been awesome. Cy was very informative and helpful, Danielle was always so nice and professional, very accommodating when we had to reschedule. The installers were ontime, worked so hard, and did a wonderful job, even moved and put back furniture. Just overall experience was great ? Love our new carpet!

Sad to say I didn’t get the same attentive service from the other gentlemen at the store during another visit, but Brent’s service makes up for it! Our experience with Costco/Shaw Flooring/The Floor Source in Phoenix, Arizona was a very positive one. We had new hardwood flooring placed in our entire home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The floors are gorgeous! I can’t say enough about the crew. They were skilled craftsman who knew their trade and laid the floors like true artisans. The crew came on time, worked hard all day long and were knowledgeable in addition taking the time to answer our questions and explain the installation schedule so that we could prep the rooms ahead of time. The initial timeframe for installation was 10 days. This crew completed it in 6 days! But, they did not shortcut anything. They stayed late each day ensuring that the floor was laid correctly and beautifully!

Cy, our sales person at the Floor Source/Costco, was knowledgeable, worked with us on pricing and payment options and did not try to upsell us. He was genuinely interested in providing us with the best possible flooring. Cy brought us numerous hardwood flooring samples and let us keep them several days so that we could see the samples in different light. When we made a final decision, he confirmed that our choice was a great option and would make our home feel warm and inviting. I couldn’t agree more! The floors have truly transformed our home and I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Costco flooring.

Our sales person was Omar Rivera. He walked us through every step of the way, and let us know the positives and negatives of different flooring that could be used in our 3200 square-foot house. We ended up going with the 8 x 36” tile that resembles wood. Jorge Was our installer and did a fantastic job. They met every mile stone and guideline we had requested from them. They not only did our flooring but they did our three bathrooms as well. I would recommend Floor Source to anyone interested in getting value in a timely manner. The work was incredible!

Floor Source recarpeted our office building consisting of 18 rooms and put baseboards in our hallways, restrooms and a breakroom. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Dave was knowledgeable and orchestrated the project masterfully. The installation crew was always on time, worked diligently and kept things cleaned up throughout the job. We needed the project done in three phases and they were very flexible in meeting our schedule. We were open for business the entire time and they made the job run smoothly by showing up early and making sure each phase was complete on time.

I recently redid all the flooring in my home during a complete home renovation with the floors being the most important for me. When it came to receive the floors we found out they were delayed and with the contractors schedule to arrive the following week I was in trouble. Dave however did not see this to be an issue, he calmed me down, provided alternatives that would fit my window (maybe a day or two off- not 2 to 3 months). The floors ended up being better then what we originally picked, and to put a cherry on top of the Floor Source sundae they were less in cost then the original floors that I choose. We worked with Floor Source through Costco. Upon request, Mr. Scott Primeau came to our home with flooring samples, took measurements and gave us a comprehensive estimate on the installation of Shaw carpet and pad. We found Scott professional, knowledgeable about flooring, and helpful in answering our questions. He did not try to upsell us or pressure us. When we contacted Scott to finalize the purchase he returned to our home, confirmed our measurements and flooring choice, scheduled our install date, and clearly explained what we should expect regarding installation. During installation we found the crew efficient, friendly, and highly skilled. The entire process was quick and done with quality. We would happily recommend Floor Source.

Jim and Victor did an outstanding job for us. It was for the main floor of our home. They were punctual, personable, and excellent at their craft. Even though they did not have to, they moved the upright piano back to its original spot. There were also curves and curved baseboards that were a challenge. Not one baseboard was damaged. They were impressive and knew their craft. I highly recommend these gentlemen for any flooring job.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Floor Source. We had floor tile installed in our house. The workers came when they said they would be here, started right in working, and were hard workers. The quality of their work was very good; they knew what to do and how to do it. Mr. Rivera, the crew supervisor, came each day to check on the job progress and keep in touch with us, and was very helpful.

We needed to replace the flooring in one bedroom and used the professionals at Floor Source for the job. From our first visit to the store, where we met with Dave Andrews, we felt we were in good hands. Dave took the time to listen to our wants for the new floor and pointed us towards a carpet that would fit our use and stand up to the pets as well. The installers arrived early, they were very respectful and professional, and safety conscious, wearing their masks due to the health concerns related to COVID. We originally went to another one of the Big Box stores to price out carpet for all of our bedrooms to be replaced, and we were moments from pulling the trigger. It was kind of a last minute idea to Price shop them with another place so I looked up flooring locally and found great reviews with Floor source, so my wife and I decided to swing through before we made our decision.

In a nutshell, we couldn't have been more pleased! We worked with Daniel who was so easy to talk with regarding options, very professional, and even came out that very same day 20 minutes behind us to do the quote/measuring.

On top of just generally flawless execution of being a pleasure to work with, and exceptionally knowledgeable about their products, the contractors that came to do the work were also flawless, very clean as they worked, and very helpful and pleasant.

Icing on the cake: Floor Source also landed at a price LITERALLY almost a thousand dollars less then the big box store options we had been considering! Would use them again in a heart beat, and we have already referred a few folks to check them out as well.

Keep up the good work Floor Source... There's something to be said about quality communications and professionalism at a competitive price in today's market where it seems customer priority and quality of work is non existent!

We had a wonderful experience getting laminate floors installed. The installers were polite, easy to talk to, and efficient in their work. In addition, Cy (the salesman) and Omar (the supervisor) were responsive and attentive. And, the connection to Costco made this even better.

Floor Source LLC put in both carpet and wood floors in our home. From the sales introduction to installers, all were professional and provided great customer service. They quickly responded to questions and provided solutions. The work was done on time and budget. Any followup issues were quickly resolved. Jarod and Omar were a pleasure to work with.

Amazing service. While his workers were installing, Omar Rivera personally came to my house two times on the day of the work to ensure everything was going smoothly and then even came by the day after to follow up. The quality of the work was five-star and I recommend these guys without reservation.

Tony and Christin installed our laminate flooring. We chose a multi colored pattern so they had to cut, Match and place every individual piece. We had them do the stairs as well. Very complicated and they made it look great. They also installed all the baseboards. I would highly recommend tony and christin to install your floors. Their work is excellent.

I found the tile I liked at a newer model home so I started searching for that tile. I worked with David to find the tile and ordered it. They sent me to a warehouse to pick it up and that was such a an efficient experience I loved it because we were picking up 1200 ft.² of tile and thin set so it was three full pallets. So warehouse allowed me to split the loads and to come back the next day and take the rest. It came out perfect

The installers were careful, efficient, courteous, and prompt. They were here on time and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results.

This time around, I only purchased vinyl flooring. I did the install myself. Floor Source has a great assortment of tile and carpeting to choose from. They are responsive and follow through.

Used them because we were directed to them by Costo Home Services. And we could not be happier. The salesman called us to set up an appointment. Jarrod brought lots of samples and even came back with more samples. No pressure. Went with them. Carpet layers were friendly and accomodating. Work turned out great.

Very reasonable quote on 800 sq feet of carpet. They provided many samples of the price range we wanted and even left a few squares for me to look at since I was at work when they met my wife for the in-house measurement. No hard sells or add-on fees, very easy-going. Quick to schedule the install, and the two guys who put the carpet in were lightning-fast, professional, and cleaned up well. Showed up exactly on time and were done hours faster than I anticipated. The carpet looks great. Totally positive experience, I would highly recommend them.

Very very careful moving my nice furniture and you can’t even see one seam in the carpet. The service was amazing and the two installers were extremely polite and very thorough. Highly recommend

Want to thank Michael, Ovi & Robert, they ripped off my old carpet installed vinyl planks that i bought thru Costco. The finished job is just amazing, they did an excellent job, helped move furniture, came in on time and finished sooner than expected. I want to congratulate them because they really did a great job. I have used Floor Source since they opened! Tom and his crew take very good care of their clients! Price, quality, and service - a rare combination!! I wouldn't call anyone else for flooring!

It looked like they had a lot of selection, but I couldn't get them to show it to me nor give me information. I was comparing them to a quote from Home Depot. Home Depot puts all the carpet information on their website, even after several request I couldn't get the sales person to send me specs on the three products he showed us.

We were recommended to FloorSource by a friend. My friend had a great experience, felt he got a great product and from the price he told me, he got a really good price. The product we were shown felt inferior to other samples we were considering but their price was quite a bit higher, higher than my friends super premium carpet. As I mentioned i couldn't drag the information or salemanshipp out of the sales guy. With the referral, I really thought we wanted to use these guys.I just needed the sale guy to show me something...anything that made the additional cost a value over our other choices...never got it.

In addition to not being confident in the material, I was not confident in the proposal. I believe their quote was too high due to errors in their measuring. They had 10% more carpet than our other proposal. I told them and even gave the sales guy a copy of the competitors layout.

Just felt I couldn't get them work with me and if you asked the salesman, i'd bet he would say I was a pain in his butt trying to get what we needed to be able to buy from him.

Cy just came to our home to give us an estimate on new flooring. I was really impressed with him on quite a few levels - he was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He also gave me some very candid advice that definitely was more in my favor than his own. I didn't feel like I was being sold I felt like I was being informed. Great experience thus far, I look forward to working with these folks further.

The installation was done quickly and our home was vacuumed and neat

We searched the valley for a few months trying to find the right flooring, at the right price. Floorsource was one of the early companies we considered and became the clear choice as we shopped. They were tentative and willing to do what it took to find the style we wanted. Not only did they find what we wanted, but installed it on time and at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for value and integrity.

Our salesman (Daniel Scozzari) listened to our needs/wants and pointed us in proper direction. We purchased tile pretty much right on the spot. Tile was in stock so that was nice as well. Very easy process.

Called this company couple days ago. Called for 2 reasons. One about advertising in our community magazine , immediately hung up on me. Didn't have a chance to ask about my new home with a 6 car garage. People shouldn't be rude, you loose in the end. No referrals here in this area.

Great products but don't bother when you're in a hurry. They tell you that they have the product in stock just to get the sale then give you the run around with the product not being anywhere close to be in stock.

This is the flooring company used by Costco. They have dedicated reps that know the Costco program, but they aren't always in the store. Call ahead if you're going to the showroom to look at samples or get help.
