We recently had Atomic construction replace three quarters of the flooring in our home. They spent a lot of time with us, over a year (delayed because of health issues) helping us to figure out which flooring we would like and that was in our budget.
When it came time to do the work they were very flexible with our schedule. They were efficient neat and caring of our furniture that had to be moved around.
They did a great job and worked fast, I work in the construction industry and was very impressed, would recommend them again and we will be using them in our next flooring project.

Atomic was wonderful to work with from beginning till end. Jon was so helpful, and brought over so many more samples than I had requested, which really helped us feel comfortable with our final selection. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Daniel and his crew did the demo and install of new vinyl plank flooring. They worked so hard and did a beautiful job! They also finished ahead of schedule, which was a great bonus. Our new floors are perfect. It's a little scary to put your money and trust into a company, but we will definitely be using Atomic in the future to replace the rest of the carpet in our home.

I can tell you how great the flooring looks but it’s better to just let the before/after photos do the talking..

Couple of key points I really appreciated in collaborating with the Atomic Team.

1. Installers attention to detail - they kept me involved with everything, explained areas of concern and how to approach a solution, then let me make an executive decisions on how proceed.

2. Proximity to quote - There was some initial confusion about the total measurement of the space for install. I was concerned, as the quote could have gone up quite a bit, but they handled it, moved some commas around and got me within a few hundred of the initial quote (please keep in mind, my floors were a disaster and my house has a super odd floorplan)

3. Quality of material - I was able to go into their centrally located showroom, take a few large samples home, play with the color combos, etc. This allowed me to land on a color I really thought worked instead of guessing, based on some sample I couldn’t touch/feel.

4. Attentiveness of staff - Throughout the process, I got multiple calls from the owner, the sales rep I worked with came by no less then 3x, I had two installers and was provided exact details on pricing adjustments (why, other solutions, etc)

5. Friendly - Spending $10k on anything is scary these days, it’s a big commitment..most of my friends would classify me as “cheap”, I save every penny, so going this deep on a project like this isn’t easy for me. I truly felt supported through the entire process, even in moments where things weren’t going perfectly.

The house isn’t perfect, it’s 2000 sq/ft of 1940’s disaster, but Atomic helped me take a HUGE step forward. I will most certainly look to them for other projects in the near future!

First of all I would like to thank Pablo and his crew for a great job they were very professional and asked me what I wanted before the install. I'm not a floor installer but wanted the flooring put in a certain way and luckily for me Pablo said it would be no problem. He and his crew did exceptional work. Adam was great with coordinating the install and I was even offered to start earlier then scheduled unfortunately I was not ready yet. Also Adam gave me great info on substitutes for quarter round thank you so much as the coving looks so much better. All I had to do was get stain matched to cabinet and stain the coving which was readily available at Lowe's and Home Depot. With that said I've had my floors for 2 weeks now I waited to write the review to see if it was just initial excitement for my new floor was why I was so happy, but honestly I feel like I moved into a new house. I want to thank everyone at Atomic Construction for doing a excellent job I would highly recommend them to anyone. Once again THANK YOU I'm very happy.
P.S. I painted my base boards before they installed them they did such a good job installing I only had to touch up 2 small areas which was a lot less then expected, once again thanks to Pablo and his crew for installing this like it was one of their own homes

Let me start by saying our installer Daniel was phenomenal and did a fantastic job. BUT do yourself a favor and go with the other company. Adam is one of the most unprofessional business owners I've encountered.

We had a couple cracks in our floor upon install that needed repair. We were told the cracks would be ground to level the floor and filled to keep from spreading. We agreed to the repair. However the repair was not done. Half way through the completion we noticed the grinding was not done to the level of work we were told. Instead a cloth membrane was placed and the install continued.... This is where our high hopes and level of respect as a customer turned for the worst with this company.... Our invoice came and we had a charge for 300$ labeled grinding /crack repair... I reached out to Adam. He texted me saying he had no service and couldn't call. After back and for messages, sending him the pictures that I've attached below and being told he would get to the bottom of it, I received a call the next morning from a very defensive and rude business owner named Adam. He began to insult me and my wife claiming we were liars and clearly know nothing about tile he claimed he was insulted that I would question the integrity of his company's work. And proceeded to say it's only 300$ Now, I don't know about anyone else. But I have a very hard time paying for a portion of a job that was never completed.

After being hung up on by him twice, he did agree to remove the charge. However it's the process that occurred between us that has encouraged me to write this review.

For a family owned company, I don't think it's good business practice to insult paying customers, hang up on them, and throw a childish fit over the phone all because you were caught lying about the work performed along with trying to charge for it. The proof is in the pictures that no grinding was done.

Lesson of it all,
Save the hassle and choose another company. Sometimes cheaper isn't

Contacted Adam from Atomic Construction for ceramic tile install. Adam gave me a great bid/pricing for the install. They started the job ahead of time, and Jose the installer did an outstanding job, he was honest, hardworking, professional, and explained the job and what to do after the job was completed. After the job was finished, he cleaned the work area, and removed all the trash from the job.
If you want a job from good reliable company, go with Atomic Construction.

Atomic did a great job replacing our flooring! Hector was incredible and was very patient working with us. His work ethic and quality of work was second to none! The mess was kept to a minimum with the demolition and the installation was quick and precise. Atom did a great job of managing the project and was very responsive to calls and questions. Overall, very happy with the project and how it went in our home. Thank you for a great job...we are very pleased with the company and results!!!

From the demo crew that removed the old tile and carpet to the install...amazing! They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. There were a few things I wanted fixed a few days later and within 3 hours Abraham was here fixing! His cuts on the trim are great!
We have worked with several companies in the past with different things on our home, I wish Atomic did more! I would use them for everything!

Atomics was great to work with! We had new floors installed on the entire first floor of our home in Aug 2022 and they look absolutely perfect. The process was smooth and clear from start to finish, and their entire team was professional and very responsive every step of the way. This review is way overdue because I was fortunate to work with Atomic on two occasions. The first one was for my entire condo in April of 2022 and the second one was on January 2023 for re-installing laundry floors due to the flood in my laundry room. In both cases, they were absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end.

Atomic was fantastic to work with and we are very happy with our new floor! Adam, Ashley, Abraham, and Jake, each helped us walk through one of the biggest projects for our new home! We looked at several options, but are very glad we went with Atomic. Some key points are:

1. Excellent quality work at a very reasonable and more than competative price! This included a large staircase, all of the second floor, and one room downstairs. Jake & Ashley walked us through an almost overwhelming selection of products, patiently explaining the various ins & outs of each type of flooring, and helping us select a floor that met our desires as well as our overall budget!
2. Fast, friendly, professional service. We didn't have to wait several weeks until the start of our project, and once started, the crew worked hard to finish the job quickly and professionally. Once the project started, they completed the job within a week!

We hired Adam/Atomic to rip out/replace flooring throughout our entire second floor: bedrooms, loft, and stairs. The Atomic crew removed carpet that was around 14 years old and replaced with on commercial-grade luxury vinyl plank. This is a home renovation that we waited far too long to do!

We were initially thinking about using a product that we could purchase ourselves but have Atomic install it. We really liked that Atomic was willing to let us purchase our own product if we wanted to...most flooring/construction companies do not offer that flexibility. To me, that says a lot about the integrity of Adam and his company; they ultimately want the customer to be happy and aren't looking to just mark things up and drive up the price. From the research that we did around product quality and price, we learned that Atomic offered a good quality product at a reasonable price. We ultimately decide to use a product that Atomic recommended as it was much better than what we had considered getting ourselves.

Throughout the process from estimate to completed install, Adam and Brett answered our many questions and worked with us around dates. The end result looked fantastic and the crew finished ahead of schedule.

We recently had Atomic Flooring install luxury vinyl on the first floor of our home and we had an AMAZING experience. The employees are personable and professional and feel like friends after the experience is done. They are extremely responsive and make communication easy. Our new flooring was installed perfectly and their attention to detail is incredible. This was an easy 5/5 review and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh new look for their home.

I must say that this company is exceptionally above average!! The best that I've ever worked with!! I needed 5000 sq. ft. of floor tile installed. I researched several companies before I came across Atomic Construction LLC. They were very competitive with price and able to take on my project in a timely manner. I own a preschool and needed to have a plan to work around our business hours. They were very efficient and professional and were able to accommodate our business. They delivered excellent results, our floors look amazing!!! We are very very happy!! And we're getting compliments for everyone who walks through the doors. It's hard to find a contraction company who will finish the job and not leave you hanging. If you are thinking of new flooring I highly recommend this company, they really care about the customer!!

Atomic flooring has great reviews for a reason! Our experience with them was amazing. We chose Atomic after comparing several companies to one another. We found that this company offers services to make our experience less stressful!
1. The company offers a selection of tiles to choose from. This alleviates having to work with 2 different companies to get a job done.
2. I was able to view the tiles in person at a showroom. The tiles look different in person than online!
3. The company demolished our old existing ceramic tiles. Installed new flooring. And also offers installing new baseboards and door trims.
4. Everything down to how the company sends out quotes is very professional. I ended up backing out of other companies because they sent quotes through excel, which had typos.
Atomic is very professional. The representative Jon answered all my questions and the owner reached out to make sure that the process was going smoothly.
The crew worked fast!! I don’t know why I waited so long to get new flooring. I was afraid of the noise, dust, time spent out of the house, etc. but the concerns were kept to a minimum just because of how quickly and efficiently the crew worked.

I am so glad i went with Atomic Construction for our re-flooring project! We replaced >1,000sqft of carpet in the whole upstairs of our house and the stairs themselves with luxury vinyl planks. Jorge and Alberto were very professional and extremely skilled. They addressed every concern we brought up. Adam, the owner, was also very attentive to the project and communicated with use before, during, and after completion to ensure everything went well. I will definitely use Atomic for any future construction needs I may have!

Wonderful service and on time with no cancellations even through the holidays. Was able to leave us samples which were a better product then both Lowes and Home Depot, had the exact color we were looking to get with roughly the same price. The price was great for having tile put in and loving the end result. Now I will not say anyone is any better then Atomic Tile and their crew.

We tiled 3 rooms and they look fantastic!! Luke showed up on time to do the estimate, sent it quickly and stopped by to check on the project. Adam was easy to work with on scheduling. We had a couple change orders and they did not allow them to delay the project. Daniel (tile installer) was always on time, polite and meticulous. The tile was an extension of existing tile in our hallway and you would never know. They took the time on the transitions and it blends perfectly.
Ruben did our baseboards to complete the project. Polite, prompt, quick and expert craftsmanship!

We highly recommend Atomic Construction. We got in over our heads with a DYI project and were unable to finish. I contacted them after business hours on a Sunday not expecting to hear back and they immediately responded with an appointment the next day. They are timely, their pricing is honest, and they were extremely communicative. On top of this incredible customer service, the work that was performed was perfect. We are in LOVE with our new floors. Without question we will be repeat customers.

I reached out to Adam after our scheduled floor installation contractor canceled on us twice. We had already moved all of our furniture outside to our back patio, twice. We were hoping not to have to do it again.

I knew it was a long shot to ask for services so quickly. But the answer will always be no if you don’t ask the question.

Adam put my mind more at ease just by talking to him. He had told me he would have his best crew out to my house the next day and that they could complete the install the following day! I was more than delighted that we wouldn’t have to move everything again.

Adam had called me back a few moments later to tell me he could have his crew out in a couple hours (the same day I called him). And he did, with baseboards that I wasn’t going to install until later. Talk about customer service!

From start to finish Atomic Construction was very easy to work with, Adam the owner was great! The day I called for an estimate they sent Luke to our home to discuss what we wanted and measured the areas. We ordered our vinyl flooring from Lowes because we had already decided on a style. Adam worked with us on delivery and scheduled Rueben and Eric to start the following day. These two professionals can do it all. Our floor needed grinding to make it level, the install looks great, especially with the new painted baseboards! Great company!

I recently installed new floors and new baseboards with Atomic and I have to say I am very impressed with the work done. The job lasted 5 days which was the initial estimated time. Thank you Lalo, José and Agustín, the installers crew, which were there very punctual every day and demonstrated knowledge and professionalism. They paid attention to details and left everything clean. I cannot be happier with my new floors and baseboards and how smooth the process was. Thank you Atomic for a great job.

We replaced our carpeted stairs and loft area with engineered hardwood. Atomic found the matching hardwood to our downstairs main level, and found the right bullnose edging as well. Our staircase is tricky and quite pretty and they did a fantastic job. Made quality cuts and cleaned up after themselves each day. Installers were nice and communicated well. We didn’t need to replace the baseboard as originally planned. Overall very pleased.

They were very knowledgeable when it came to what we needed. They drove out to me multiple times to show us samples free of charge. The price was a great value and the work was excellent. They made sure to do a high quality job and you can tell they care about their work and about customer service. I definitely recommend using this company.

Atomic Construction is super reliable and fast! I messaged Atomic Sunday night and their sales rep Brett was at our house the next day. Brett is was knowledgeable and informative which helped us make a decision on the floor for our home (Chestnut Oak).
The crew which came and worked on our floors were polite, friendly and helpful. They were fast and efficient as well.

Adam and Luke were both extremely helpful and patient with me while I decided what I wanted. They showed up on installation day and made sure I understood the process. Best experience I’ve had with vendors in Arizona so far. Would definitely use them again!!!

Where to begin, we’ll starting with our estimate we really wanted dustless tile removal but was told for half the price they can tape and mask up all important things in the rooms to protect it so we went ahead with atomic. We schedule the start day for a Monday, well Monday shows and no one comes to my property by 10 no phone calls no texts, I reach out and was told the installer had a baby night prior, well that’s amazing but where is the communication? As the client I took the day off work to help with anything I can to just find out they won’t be coming. I was then told they will be at my house on Tuesday by 10 am, well 12 comes and no one here again…… reach out and was told they will be there by 130-2. So the installer came at 2 and then told me they do not have the plastic to cover up the area……I had to scramble around my house to find something fo at least cover the entryway so the dust doesn’t make it was into the living room… the installer did an amazing job and the floor does look amazing! But when all done the amount of dust is insane there is dust and concrete chips everywhere in my kitchen cabinet all over cooking utensils, plates, pots, the TV has concrete stuck to the screen and dust caked onto it. this is why I originally wanted dustless so 1 I wouldn’t have this issue and 2 ok if we were not doing dustless and you tell me during my estimate that the area with all valuables would be covered up then please do, who comes to a job with not all the needed tools for a job????? We reach out and was told there is no charge for the prep and they do the best we can… they didn’t do anything!!.The installation like i said is great but the communication is lack of and the amount of unnecessary cleaning and fixing due to this is not good.

The installers, Ruben and Erik, did an excellent job. They were professional and extremely meticulous.

We had Atomic install LVP and it turned out amazing. I love the way our floors look. They were efficient and got the job done quickly. Hopefully we won’t need it, but having a warranty definitely helps with peace of mind.

If you were to use only three words to describe the work done by Atomic Flooring, it would be: Attention to Detail. Our old wood floor was looking tired, very tired, and with the installation of a new kitchen, even more wear became visible. YIKES! Something had to be done! I called Atomic Flooring. They made it easy! They supplied the tile, removed the old wood floor, and installed the new. We picked wood-look tile, because we're hard on floors. You know, Family, kid, dog, birthday parties and more. The same crew did the work beginning to end. I'd say it looks flawless, but really its better than that. My wife is delighted too and enjoys that the floor is not only new, but its much brighter than the former wood, making the room look bigger. There are the TV ads that say, it can all be done in a day, but why rush quality. Atomic took 2- days + 2 hours and from my perspective the quality is in details: that's perfect corners, under the baseboard for a perfect fit, grouted to the new counters, and more. So, in conclusion, do it right the first time: Call Atomic Flooring.

Atomic Construction was terrific and we look forward to using their services again in the future. The personnel from the company were professional and skilled to complete the job in a timely and beautiful manner. Daniel led the construction crew and knew his stuff, put in the small important touches and cleaned up. Chase listened to what we wanted accomplished and got the resources in a timely a reasonable manner to complete the project. Adam takes great pride in his company and people. I highly recommend.

Starting with the helpful salesman through to the installation, we were very pleased with Atomic Construction. We are very pleased with the final outcome. We strongly suggest using this company for your flooring install.

Initially I did leave a 5 star review, Adam made sure and ask for one after the job was done. Shortly after that I started having problems, the baseboards started coming off the wall, I called him and said he will stop by to check what was wrong with that. 2 months later, still nothing. He concluded over the phone that I use too much water when we mop LOL, because he sure knows how much water we use when we mop. They do not stand behind their work and if you have a problem you are on your own. If you have a problem Adam will for sure tell you he has phone issues, but when he asks for a good review, his phone works just fine. Do yourself a favor and hire a different contractor, will save you from Adam's phone issues and save money in the process. Do NOT Recommend!

This was the first time we used Atomic. They were referred to us from Brett's brother-in-law and we are so glad. We had the carpet taking off our stairs and had vinyl planks with white risers added. We needed it done asap because we had family who haven't been to our house since Covid hit and my hubby had already taking the carpet off 2 steps before he realized his back didn't agree so it would not look good when company came for our son's celebration of his recent engagement! Well the planks were on backlog but it came in 3 days before the party. Brett and Adam did everything they could to schedule their installer the day before the party! Roberto and his assistant worked so hard to get it done and our family raved about it! I also got tons of compliments from friends and family on Facebook!!! I would strongly recommend Atomic and plan on using them again for other upgrades when our budget allows!

Absolutely amazing experience. They gave me an itemized quote the day of inspection. Everyone I worked with was down to earth and respectful.

I used Atomic to tile my bathroom shower and floors. Workmanship was great. Took the extra time to make sure everything was precise. Job well done

They were not honest about the time frame. It took twice as long to complete the job. Workmanship was poor. Cuts around doors were executed poorly. Several tiles were hollow sounding and had to be replaced. Day one they only worked 4 hours. They got mortar on my doors, walls and in rooms they weren't working on. They would leave the worksite for extended periods. When I called the project manager je stated there was an apprentice on my job and he would come out. He never showed.
I would not recommend this company ever. I hope it wasn't because I live in South Phoenix.
Amazing you had 4 days to come to my home and did not. My bathroom door doesn't close any longer because the tiles are uneven. Most of the photos are after completion. Why do people think that just lying will excuse their behavior.

I shopped several contractors prior to having Atomic Construction install nearly 2200 sqft of 'Woodland Oak flooring in my Anthem CC home. The total experience was very professional, on time, and on budget. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our relationship with this established licensed contractor! Competitive pricing and reliability means this is a go to flooring professional!
Communication with the firm: Adam, Briana, and Kristin were prompt, clear, and responsive. They presented an in-depth line by line specific project estimate, including all tasks/costs/qty/etc..followed up with an expectation sheet fully explaining the entire process, from beginning to end.
Scheduling was made at my convenience/preference 6 weeks in the future: I received e-mails/cell contact prior to the project start confirming the company's time line and start.
The demo/install crew, headed by Jorge/George arrived on time, spoke English, were polite, and clear with what they were going to complete each day. All demo materials were cleaned completely each day and removed from the site. The installation took 6 days as promised and was flawless! Flooring, a variety of trim pieces, and baseboards. I personally called the company (Adam) and congratulated him on having a such a talented professional foreman/installer (Jorge) and to never lose him. He has been with Atomic Construction for over 10 years and is a credit to this contractor!
The flooring obviously looks great and was installed perfectly with attention to detail.

I highly recommend Atomic Construction! I am so happy I found them! It was a great pleasure to work with them and I will be using them for our next flooring project. They are courteous, professional, prompt, priced fairly and make the tedious task of remodeling a lot less stressful!

I have a guest bathroom that needed the tile and vanity w/tile backsplash and mirror removed and new vinyl planks, baseboards and toilet installed. When I requested someone to come out for a quote they responded very quickly and I met with Ashley the next day. Ashley is amazing and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped with suggestions. The turnaround time was great, they really go above and beyond to work with your schedule. The installation crew was awesome and did a fabulous job. We even ran into a drywall issue that was hidden by the existing vanity and Adam (owner) set me up with someone they trusted and the repair was completed the next day so we could move on with our new vanity install. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it and I could not be happier! They use high quality product and just make the whole experience great! I wish every contractor could be like Atomic! They are wonderful!!

From start to finish the experience was amazing! This is the second time I have used John the salesman and Adam the project manager/owner. They always have landed in my budget and provided amazing service throughout project. Ruben and his crew were awesome, they were friendly, kept me informed, and even looked out for me when they thought something didn’t look good and offered solutions. They are experts and artist. They even had no issue coming back and touching up things. In their mind the job isn’t over until the customer does.

We used Atomic Construction to help us with a few projects we needed to get done quickly to prepare our house to go on the market. Their response time was incredible! We got a few bids and theirs came in lower than others. I especially appreciated the clarity of the itemized bid and the transparency up front with costs. Our floors and shower look beautiful!

They did a beautiful job on my wood-look tile floor installation. The floors are evenly laid. The installers were efficient and meticulous.

I had hired another flooring company to install my carpet and tile and two days before my scheduled install they told me they would not be coming and backed out of the job. I had a timeline I needed to meet so I luckily found Atomic Construction , they came through quickly and did a great job. I had vinyl luxury plank installed and plush carpet. Both look great! I appreciated that they had multiple teams to complete the jobs in a timely manor.

We are highly satisfied with the final product. They installed baseboards in our master bedroom, a small job. The two gentlemen who did the work were kind and skilled.
We were not satisfied with the poor communication and multiple reschedulings leading up to it. After making our initial payment on a Sunday, we called on Monday and Thursday to get scheduled. We were then asked on that Saturday if we were still interested in services (after payment and after trying to book a date/time). We ended up scheduling for Monday, but they were a no-call, no-show. We rescheduled for Thursday, and they rescheduled us again for Friday. Our master bedroom was rearranged for a week while we waited. A week after the install, they texted me to ask for payment at 7pm, with a follow-up text at 5:45am... A bit early for a business communication. Adam did call to ask me for my feedback, and he also apologized after I explained all of the above, which is appreciated. He took responsibility, and seemed sincere in his apology. I am not 100% convinced that I would or would not use Atomic Flooring in the future.

Adam and Atomic really came through for us finishing a big job 4 days AHEAD of our deadline. From the tile and carpet tear out to installing vinyl flooring and all the baseboard in our home, his team worked tirelessly and had great attitudes. Adam’s quick responses and excellent communication were professional and kind. I highly recommend Atomic Construction if you need a project done right, done on time, and done at a fair price!

Atomic did an amazing job at installing new flooring in my home. I really loved how they itemize their quotes. It allows you to pick and choose which services you want. I ended up saving a lot of money by doing little things like painting my own baseboards because of this.
Their customer service is also amazing. They bent over backwards to accommodate our work schedules. Whenever I had a question I would just call and get an immediate answer. Through the process Adam the owner called to make sure everything was going well which I also appreciated. I would without a doubt hire them again!

Atomic did a wonderful job finishing up my project on time. Hector and Pablo was wonderful to work with.Hector worked long hours to get the tile work completed before the deadline. Pablo always responded to my calls/texts right away and took care of any issues that may have come up during the construction.

We hired Atomic to remove ceramic tile and install vinyl flooring, and it was a disaster. Despite their promises, they did not take any measures to minimize the mess during removal. They didn't order enough flooring and sent just a single guy to do the install, so our 4-5 day project took weeks. We immediately noticed several spots where the flooring was uneven and had to beg them to fix it. Throughout the process, we were made to feel that we were the problem, instead of the substandard flooring. We hoped that once it was done we would like the flooring, but no such luck. We have dead spots and sinkholes in several places and though our flooring is less than 6 months old we have corners coming up and falling apart already. Hiring Atomic was one of the worst home-related decisions we have ever made.

UPDATE: We contacted Atomic about the problem areas and they agreed to come out and make it right. On the eve of the repair job, they wanted us to sign a legal document saying we would change our online review in exchange for the repairs being done. When we said we were not going to sign any such thing, they came anyway (though the sent the same installer who did a substandard job in the first place). So far, the redone parts look good (its been 3 days), but there are still a couple dead spots and uneven flooring. If they cannot get it right after three attempts, we give up.

Atomic flooring did an awesome job. After having trouble with Lowe’s contractor eclipse flooring atomic was one we called and they got right to work and did an amazing job and were very quick and reliable. They did repair work to the subfloor as well as laying our vinyl plank and installing baseboards and our toilets!! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

A professional team arrived at our little cabin in Munds Park and completely transformed the place. The guys were trustworthy (we let them sleep over 2 nights to complete the work) and hard working. We had an uneven floor that they were able to work with and complete the work perfectly down to the last detail. We are second-time customers of Atomic and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had Atomic Construction replace about 1600 sq ft of carpet and tile in my house with rigid stone core vinyl plank. We already had the material but didn’t use the suppliers installer due to the outrageous cost they were charging for the simplest of tasks. Jon from Atomic came out to do measurements for a quote, he supplied the quote the same day-almost $2000 less than the floor supplier! The reviews Atomic had were so good I had no qualms about immediately agreeing to their quote.
Atomic was able to start as soon as my flooring arrived. The installation team, lead by Lalo was superb. They were so respectful of both us and our home. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to do the demolition and the install. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were able to do it with very little dust. Most importantly they were able to show up on time everyday.
Our only added cost was for leveling the floor-which is vital for both correct installation and for warranty purposes. We have had LVP installed in a previous house so this was not a great surprise to us.
Overall we could not be more happy with the job, and will be having Atomic come back to replace our shower.

Atomic Construction is fantastic! We replaced the flooring on our entire first floor as well as several other rooms in our home. Atomic helped us pick the perfect floor and had it installed in no time. We LOVE the end result and it has added so much to our home. We will absolutely be using Atomic again in the future.

We just hired Atomic for installing laminate floors in about 1300 feet of our house, including our stairs. They told us that i would be about 1-2 weeks after we signed the contract to begin work, but we were very pleased it ended up beginning about 3 business days. The installer and his son(?) were the best part about the project. This is the fourth flooring project I've hired out for, and these were the most detailed and talented installers I've had. Their work on the stairs was more like art work than installation and they constantly checked in with us to make sure we were approaching challenging aspects of the install the way we wanted. Now that we've seen their work, we are noticing how many blemishes were in our first flooring job in this house (contracted out by our GC for a larger home project). I would definitely recommend Atomic for a quality installation at a fair price.

Chaos. Horrifying Communication. Not worth it.

We hired this company for a small townhome Reno: floors, bathrooms. They quoted us one of the cheaper prices from about 8 other bids- I would’ve paid more knowing what I know now, and what we’ve been through.

Chaos started right away with not starting on the promised date, pushing it back 3 weeks, then 5. The people that work at Atomic that we were trying to communicate with on this simple project kept changing! Everyone saying they would be our point person, and they would never follow through! Finally got in touch with the owner, promised us he would make it right, promised us he wouldn’t charge us for anything outside the quote, never ended up following through on anything- and he himself was a challenge! He is super confrontational, even talking poorly about his workers, managers and admin staff, blaming them for all the miscommunication. Pure insanity. When they did start, there were days they didn’t show up, missed the finish date, even installed the wrong tile on the shower floors! The attitude was like “well I didn’t know”- I again asked for them to make it right somehow and pretend like our money meant something- the owner kept saying “stop trying to profit off of chaos” (???) and “we’ll we are not Home Depot” (we aren’t either). The company that they hire to do the actual work, Hector and his crew, we’re cool when they did show up, but they never had any idea what was going on either.

We are in escrow with another property and we did not hire them for the Reno on that project. I do not recommend this company at all. IF YOU DO HIRE THEM- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THE START! We were green, and trusted what all the folks from Atomic were saying, which was very different every time we spoke. The owner denied what he had promised. It was insane. We even contacted a lawyer because it was so bananas what was going on. Greatest part was paying the bill and being rid of these people, the chaos, stress and bad energy- and sadly, not the Reno :(

The whole experience with Atomic Construction was fantastic. I met with one of their project managers about what I wanted to do, he brought over samples, and explained the whole process to me in a way I could understand.

From start to finish my about 900 sq/ft downstairs only took about 2 days to complete, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality & professionalism I experienced with everyone from the company.

Short version: this company is amazing and will go the extra mile to make you happy and be sure the job is done right. They took care of us every step of the way no matter what the issue was. I will always recommend this company and will use them for any and all flooring jobs as long as they are an option for me.

Long and more detailed version:
This was the first time my wife and I had flooring installed. We were unfamiliar with the process and really didn't know what questions to ask. I have to tell the truth to make my true satisfaction evident.
When we began we worked with a good salesman who answered all of our questions and was helpful with options for our flooring and carpet.
We had a pretty big window before we were moving into the new home so we were flexible with dates. Fast forward to Atomic installing the flooring 5 days early and finishing before they were even scheduled to start. I was very happy with the speed and also the quality of their work. No demo was required and we laid the LVP over our tile. This helped with the speed of the job.
Baseboards. Note to anyone who hasn't had flooring installed, base boards are a part of the LVP job but not always a part of the carpet install.
In our case we waited a few additional days for the carpet job to start, but still well within when it would have been originally completed. When it was time to start though the carpet we originally picked out was not available. I'm familiar with the shipping delay/inventory outage environment so we knew we had to pick a new color to move forward. Atomic had our original salesman out to our home to compare to our flooring color the next day. We chose a color in stock and our install job started a couple days later. It was completed on schedule.
Here is where Atomic's amazing customer service comes through and will keep me as a customer forever.
As previously mentioned baseboards are not included with carpet installs. So we were a little disappointed, at the time, with the variance of baseboard height from the bathroom to the living room. We found out to save cost baseboards were not included in our quote/job.
We wanted them done and assumed they would be. The whole time, unknown to me early on, I had been communicating directly with the owner. Not a representative, not a call center, not another associate, the owner. Being that available all the time says a lot to me about how they feel about their business as well as how they do business.
Adam sensed our frustrations, and they were shared, and took care of us. He went the extra mile to immediately order baseboards for our home and schedule a crew to install them. There was a deadline as we were nearing our move in date and on the day our movers were completing our move, Atomic's crew was completing our baseboards. So everything was done on time when only a few days later we weren't going to have them.

I really cannot say enough about the lengths Adam went through to make us happy and I can't begin to imagine what our experience would have been if we were working with someone else on this job. Atomic does great work with great care and quality. If there is an issue, they will make it right. And that's who you want working on your home when something goes wrong, because inevitably, as we learned, something will.

This experience made me a customer for life and I will continue to tell everyone I know about the next level service Atomic delivers. Thank you for everything and we love our new home more than ever.

Ashley helped me to get the perfect flooring and within days they were here to install. My floor is absolutely beautiful I am so happy with it. Atomic did an amazing job tearing up our old flooring and replacing it with laminate and travertine respectively. They also installed new baseboards and refaced our fireplace. Atomic was referred to me after a couple contractors simply could not deliver. Chase came out and gave us an estimate which was much lower yet more complete than the others. Phase 1 was to install new bamboo flooring in three bedrooms. Ivan came out and in one day did the carpet removal, prep, and install! He is an artist and pure craftsman. Adam was great about scheduling and I now have Hector here doing tile work. These guys/gals are the real deal. In fact I wouldn’t ever call anyone else to work on our home. I own a small business that needed the flooring replaced, and I’m so glad I found Atomic Construction. They came out to evaluate my floors and helped me determine which flooring would best suite my business’ needs; they were very knowledgeable and were great to work with.

I had a bit of bad luck and had a flood in the kitchen of my business the day before they were supposed to start the floors. They came out again and re-evaluated the situation, and we came up with a new plan of action that would have the least impact on my business, which I greatly appreciated!

The floors turned out great! The crew worked hard through the night to get it all done as quickly as possible so we could resume business as usual.

We replaced most of the flooring in our home with vinyl plank, upgraded our baseboards, replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and painted throughout. Adam's products are beautiful, the quality is excellent, and his price beat every other estimate we got. Moreover, his team was a pleasure to have in our home and their workmanship is fantastic. Adam truly wanted us to love our home, and he was willing and able to deliver it!

I'll say my floors are beautiful not perfect, uneven in some areas- it was a 2100sq ft job. The installers were kind, worked diligently and quickly. They were also messy leaving their water bottles and soda cans behind for me to clean up. They gouged a hole into the wall when removing trim during demo - stating the trim installers would fix said hole. the trim installer did fix this hole but said it wasn't his job to do so. Which touched on a consistent habit i noticed working with this company. Poor communication. 2x they didn't show up when they said they would, once they showed up unannounced. They over promise and under deliver- lack of communication between the office, their workers & myself. making a job of this size more stressful than it needed to be. 2 of my interior doors were re-hung improperly & are not closing- while my husband is capable to fix it- it is extremely frustrating he has too. They were our highest bid for this job and we feel we could have saved $ by going with a different contractor and ended with the same results. again the floors are beautiful- but it was unnecessarily stressful.

We decided to fully renovate our master bathroom and Atomic was recommended. The quality of work was outstanding. Atomic’s communication was key throughout the process. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

We thought we wanted tile that looks like wood, but we got sold on luxury stone vinyl & I cannot believe we didn’t know about this sooner! It’s cheaper AND more durable. The other quotes we got from other companies didn’t even know about it or have experience in it. Communication was amazing, all people involved couldn’t have been nicer and we are absolutely thrilled with the end product. I also wanted to call out Brett and Adam for being patient with us. We had a lot of questions and hesitations and they couldn’t have been more wonderful to work with. I will recommend Atomic to everyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Adam and his team to install flooring in my new, but older home. As with all construction projects, unknown existing conditions arise and that's where the problem solving comes in. Adam always was in contact with me throughout the process to work through and determine the best route to complete the project with least cost impact. The team was fast and efficient, and worked very hard. Of course the stair nosings did not come on time at no fault of theirs...so they will need to come back and install them when they arrive. I have no doubt they will get the job done as fast as they arrive. I appreciated they were able to get the job done before we moved in...timing was tight! We are very happy with the new floors!

I’m a contractor and had Atomic flooring out to fix an improperly installed floor. They showed up within a week of calling and fixed the issues throughout the entire house. Will definitely be using them again for any flooring jobs I have.

First of all... Price! I had 3 estimates for a total floor replacement of a 1600 sq. ft. rental property. The first two estimates were $17000. Atomic came in $7000 less, with comparable quality luxury vinyl planks. The owner of Atomic was personally involved, offered excellent ideas and was clear that the end result goal was a satisfied customer. He got personally involved in some of the glitches that happen with any construction job and made sure the end result was a great experience in the end. I have another rental that's going to need service soon, and the first ones I'll turn to for an estimate is Atomic Construction. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I used Atomic Construction to replace all the flooring in my 2500 square foot house. The owner of the company was so helpful every step of the way. Was patient when I couldn't make up my mind about what color or flooring to pick. The team that came in to install were so nice and respectful. Everything turned out beautiful. They did an awesome job! Out of 20 different reputable flooring companies, they were the only ones willing to help us with a Mannington warranty replacement of over 1200 sqft due to defect in orignial flooring. The installer & his helper showed up as expected, did the work to our expectations, and cleaned up after themselves daily. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again if/when needed.

Adam with Atomic Construction is great to work with. He stayed in communication with me throughout our project and was quick to help when I needed some repair work done.

We had our entire house done with flooring and they did a great job and pricing was fair. When getting a quote for our flooring, I inquired about demo and redoing our fireplace. Adam told me no problem. The flooring guys did the demo, and it was very difficult to get someone to do the tile. Finally, after much persistence, it was done. However it needed a lot of touch ups. They came the next day to do them, but still not done very well. The hearth of the fireplace looks terrible. Someone was sent to try and acid wash, which didn’t work so he was instructed to do another one. It now looks worse than before. The guy who came to do the repair told us to get a new caulking and showed us the color to get. It doesn’t even match close to anything, so that is something we now have to fix ourselves. It seems like once the big project is done, anything else done is put on a back burner. We started with the fireplace in January, received many calls and texts reassuring it would be handled, but as of June, it still isn’t fixed. I’m very disappointed that we paid a good amount for this project, and now my husband has to try and fix it. On top of that, I sent 4 other nice size jobs to him, bringing a lot of business, and yet I can’t even get my fireplace taken care of. 5 months with no final project.

I searched the internet, looked at reviews on the BBB website and spoke with realtors to find a flooring contractor. After meeting with three companies we hired Atomic Construction to install Engineered Hardwood in our house.
The owner of this company, Adam, brought out samples for us to review and went over how the flooring could be laid out......including the transition area between our existing tile flooring and the new engineered flooring. This type of detail separates a good flooring company from one which is mediocre as a good transition provides a visually appealing separation between two different floor types.
I was also glad when Adam informed me Atomic could save our existing pine baseboards and have his crew reinstall them after the new flooring was laid down. Other contractors simply wanted to rip out the existing baseboards and then reinstall new ones.
The best part of my experience was the day of the install when the flooring crew arrived. They were very professional and took extreme care in moving all the furniture for us before starting the job. Plus the foreman for Atomic Construction, Lalo, went over the entire install process to ensure the layout of the floor and transition areas between existing would be to our specs.
After several hours the floor was installed and we couldn't be happier. All the cuts in the flooring around doorways and cabinets were precise. Also, Lalo and his crew went the extra mile to replace a board that was much darker than the rest of the Koa wood flooring they had just installed. It's this kind of service that sets Atomic apart from their competition.

Jon came out to my home and provided me an estimate on Vinyl flooring. He was wearing a face mask, which meant to me that he care about his and the customer's health and safety. Jon was professional and fast with the estimate. Price was DEFINITELY the best I've been quoted by a company. I've had individual contractors quote me similar but with 1-2 year warranty- Atomic offers a lifetime warranty!

The person we hired to install our vinyl plank flooring dropped the ball and left us in a pickle. I called Atomic Construction and they did my floor the next day and that was a Saturday. Beautiful job. I wish I could give them ten stars.

Update to prior review… issues with install. Made appt which were canceled and rescheduled 3 times and 2 no shows… if you need someone who is there for you after the check clears… in our experience this is not the company. Extremely disappointed

These guys were amazing. Stopped in to check progress and the crew was very polite and awesome. And they got it done in two days!! The floors and baseboards came out beautiful.

These guys did a really nice job tearing out a built-in entertainment center, rewiring a few outlets, painting my living room, tearing out old, disgusting white carpet and replacing it with some beautiful porcelain wood-look tile. They were fast, too!

Atomic did a great job installing tiles around my fireplace. After I approved the estimate, two days later Adam scheduled the installation. Jose and his Dad Domingo did an outstanding job!

Adam was great to work with and our flooring installation turned out better than I had hoped.

We had a great experience with Adam and Brett and the crew at Atomic Construction. We were in the process of closing of escrow on the house, which at the end was disrupted and pushed out, so they weren't able to start the job at the scheduled date. They were totally accommodating and rescheduled us immediately after closing day. Now we have beautiful new wood floors throughout. Thanks guys for great work and we will refer you whenever we hear of someone needing your service.
