Apparently my space was small and did not receive the dedication that larger places deserve. There is an area that needs further help with, and they are choosing to not help me with the issue. Unless you are a mansion, or larger location, they do not care.

A broken dishwasher water supply line flooded our house requiring all new flooring. While we were at it, we figured we take the opportunity to also redo our two bathrooms. Sammy and his crew at Floor Coverings International were speedy to reply and get us started on the next steps in our remodel. We’ve all heard horror stories of folks not showing up or leaving projects half done. I’m happy to report, this team was on time (if not early) each day and pushed to get the project done in a timely but not rushed fashion. A huge kudos to Cesar, the crew member that did the bulk of the work. He was meticulous with the details and our new bathrooms and tiles throughout our home look great!

Chris and Ullyses were amazing. They treated our home like it was their own. They were diligent and very professional.
Sammy and his team did an incredible job of gutting and replacing our floors. The entire first floor looks like a brand new house. The crew was incredibly clean and timely. If I could give this review higher than five stars, I would.

This company stands by their installation & product. The customer service is excellent. Questions were addressed immediately. The product installed is of beautiful quality. I would not hesitate to go with this company again in the future. I recommend 100%.
Very professional installation. Crew cleaned up as they installed. Great product. Beautiful result. You get what you pay for. There are less expensive options out there, but know exactly what you are buying.
It’s a great company! We hired them to do our flooring before Christmas. And they did an excellent job in a very short time! Our family we are very happy with their work. Good quality, fast, on time, and very clean. We highly recommend them.

This company did excellent work. They were responsive, timely, and exceptionally professional. The prices were reasonable and my home looks beautiful.

Our first experience was so good that we're set to finish the rest of the flooring in our house. We are waiting for a situation to change before doing the floors, Floor Coverings International is working with us on that.„
