Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. Quality work, fair value, fair treatment, and transparency are my key takeaways after Holtzman completed a kitchen remodel and flooring for us. Our project included some interior wall changes, appliance relocation, and reframing for a larger back door. My wife and I shopped 3 different well known general contractors for our job and Holtzman slotted in the middle price estimate wise. We really appreciated that they include a computer sketch of your remodel free with the consultation which the other companies would not do without a deposit. This really helped us gauge if the company had a good grasp on what we were wanting (and they did). The design process was relaxed and we never felt pressured to spend. Communication with our project manager Jaryd was fast and we were pleased with his attention to detail and how he listened to our concerns and needs throughout the process, accommodating our requests to the best of his abilities.
We experienced an atypical circumstance during our project where the person we worked with on our cabinet design ended up leaving the company before our cabinet order was correctly placed. This caused a bit of a handoff fumble as Holtzman completed our demolition thinking the order from the former employee was ready when it actually was not which resulted in a period of time where we had a completely demo'd kitchen and no cabinet delivery. It's important to understand that this is not a regular occurrence and simply an unfortunate coincidence that happened to coincide with our project. The new cabinet designer (Chelsea) was a breeze and got our incomplete order all fixed up and expedited.
I am sharing this slip up despite it's coincidental nature because it showcases this company's ability to make up for some turbulence in a very respectable fashion which ultimately solidifies our trust in them. I was impressed that Holtzman was completely transparent with what happened and did not try to avoid any accountability. Although there was nothing we could do as we had to wait for our correct cabinet order to be produced, the team at Holtzman completed as much of our project as they could until cabinets arrived and positioned themselves for a sprint to the finish once the cabinets were delivered. Once the cabinets came you could really tell they wanted to make up for lost time. Jaryd was extremely helpful by scheduling Cabinet install, flooring, plumbing, tile, and electrical very efficiently and even getting people onsite over the weekend to get everything wrapped up as quickly as possible. The workers on our job were pleasant, skilled, and personable. My wife and are are extremely happy with the quality of work and how everything came out at completion. Time spent in our new kitchen is now a relaxing and serene experience we never want to leave. Afterwards we were reimbursed for excess expenses like furniture storage which we incurred as a direct result of the delay caused by the cabinet order mix up, which I feel like not every company would be willing to do and prefer to instead chalk it up as (well these things happen in construction).
I have complete confidence saying that I would trust this company again for a future project and feel good knowing that they are going to do things correctly and have our best interest in mind. Before and after pics attached.

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

expected installation date, Dreamstyle has impressed me. Eugene U. and Eli S. showed up on time both days after giving me a heads up call 20 minutes before arrival. They were professional, worked cleanly and were friendly. Eugene kept me informed during the installation. The work was done timely and done well. I am very happy with the end result and I will be referring Dreamstyle to others.

Replaced all GFCI outlets in 20 year old house, one had burned out- asked to have all replaced. I called after hours, got a response right away! On time and very professional! Will use Sheworks again!!!

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

They were able to complete my bathroom remodel on time and within budget, and the result was a beautiful new space. The team at this company was professional and easy to work with.

Pella Windows Installation1-Project took twice as long as promised. Their excuse was that someone drop the ball when ordering our windows. We had already scheduled days off from work and started moving furniture and blinds for first install date. With only two days before install date I called to verify they were coming out and then was told they hadn’t even ordered the windows and had to re-order. We were also promised that there would be some type of compensation for their error, but they would not be able let us know how much until the project was complete. Once the project was complete we were told that there would be no compensation because we should’ve took care of that before the project was completed. After some back-and-forth they offered a $200 visa card as compensation for a $34,000 project. I replied that they were going to get a negative review, and was told by their accounting/finance person go ahead we don’t care.2- After the project was complete we had a visit from what they called a Quality Assurance person. But all it was, was a attempt to upsell their other products and services that we didn’t need. He claimed we needed our attic to be completely redone with their special attic makeover and if we signed ‘today’ it would only be $25,000. They use high pressure tactics which I did not fall for (this time).Do not allow them to enter your attic, I had someone else out for an attic inspection and was told everything is fine up there.3- Manufactures quality was also substandard, grid patterns for windows on top and bottom did not match and some were completely different from others. I was told that the warranty would take care of the replacement of all the windows that have misaligned grids, but we would be responsible for removing blinds, curtains, and moving furniture again. My wife works from home and would have to take more time off from work for the project to be redone and there would be no compensation for this either.Pella windows I believe is a good product, the install contractor Power Home Remodeling was the one that dropped the ball and I would not recommend using them.If you do decide to use Power as your installer for Pella Windows be prepared for inflated prices and high pressure tactics.

Jacuzzi is a very professional company. The sales people were excellent and knew their product well. The two installers, Darrell and Todd did a very professional job in the installation of a walk in shower. The quality of materials and work was first rate. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Amazing company! Hunter was first class all the way around and left a finished product we were proud of. We got so many compliments on the tile he laid in our front entry way. Can’t recommend him enough for any of your remodel needs!

Greg of Handyman Connections replaced our small garage side door with a standard sized one.
To do so, he had to remove the studs around the old door to make room for the larger one.
He had to purchase a suitable door and then installed it. It took him longer than expected but the job was perfectly done.
When there was a minor problem, he returned right away and corrected it.

We would highly recommend this company. They can do the job right.
