The installation guys were great! I can’t say good things about what it took to finally get it done. The 5 stars are for the install guys only.

My husband and I loved the work that was done to our bathroom. Its beautiful. Looks like a resort bathroom. The installers Jon B and Anthony were very pleasant, and excellent workers. We will highly recommend you to our family and friends. Job well done to Jon B for the completion of the excellent shower installation.

We replaced our old tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower & glass doors. It was a great experience, didn't take long at all for the install to be complete. Zach S. & Paul C. were very courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier!

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

We had West Shore Home out to do our master bath/shower this week. It looks AMAZING!!! We have them coming out next week to do our guest bath and we can't wait! Their techs/workers Fabian F and Darrius W were awesome! Very friendly, professional, and respectful! I called the General Manager and asked that they would be the crew to come out next week for the guest bathroom. Thanks West Shore Home, Fabian and Darrius!!! Had West Shore Home out again to do our guest bathroom and we are still incredibly happy!! Fabian came out again and had Christian with him. Both very professional and friendly! Over the past 20 years, I lived through 5 major home renovation projects in my previous home. After interviewing multiple contractors for an extensive master bath reconfiguration in my new home, I knew that “Just Remodel“ was the real deal. I learned that Don, the owner, would be working and supervising. That sealed the deal! Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

Jeff was very professional and right on time. Kept me informed of every step. Definitely will use rebath again for my next home project! Lovely experience!

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

Aqua Therapy just compeled my shower remodel and it turned out awsome! They were very professional, mindful and respectful. I am having them come back to do my other bathroom.. ?

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Michael and Martin were a dream to work with. The remodel was headache free and went smoothly from start to finish. Amazing workmanship, these guys know what they are doing! I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would definitely use them again.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

No one can ever know that this place had undergone demolition just a few hours ago. Hats off to their professionalism.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements.
