A good friend had her bath replaced by Kohler and Pacific Bath with a step-in bath, so I knew their work was professional and beautiful. I was very happy to find out they could also do a step in shower...and do so in 2 days! So much better than having a crew in and out of our home for 8 weeks! My husband is over the moon about his new shower, he tells me every day how much he loves it!

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

WOW! What a great experience it was having Re-Bath remodel our guest bathroom. From the consultation to the completion of the project! The designer, Jim Blackburn, was very helpful with putting the material samples together so that we could see what we liked. He set my phone up with an app that would allow me to communicate directly with the whole crew that was working on the job. I received introduction texts from the team that would be coming to my home so when they knocked on my door I already knew them! Our project technician, Andrew was such a delight to work with. He is very professional, very personable and he takes great pride in his work. Right before he was finished I noticed that the counter top was not what I thought I ordered. I called Jim and he came out to look and it was correct but I couldn't accept it. It didn't feel right. Jim told me it could be replaced with an additional charge and that didn't sit well at all with me. We talked some more, he made some phone calls and the counter top was replaced at no charge. To me, that is top notch customer service that is very rare these days. They were able to install (jumped through many hoops) it the next day. I have a beautiful guest bathroom and I have so much trust in Re-Bath to call them again to do our master bath. Thank you Re-Bath for quality, professionalism and outstanding customer service. Remodeling feels like your home is turned upside down, TWD went above and beyond to accommodate me, high on perfection, polite, timely, resolves any issues promptly and made sure I was happy and overly satisfied. Kudos to Jack (Project Manager) for always going above and beyond even if it was on his own personal time. I highly recommend TWD!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company
