John did an awesome job on putting our wants for a master shower together and urs beautiful. He personally came to check progress daily.
Michael does a great job, with excellent workmanship, knowkedge, courteous and professional. Shane did great too.
The tile people did exceptional work finished, and finally the glass was done with top work too !

The staff that came out to do our shower install when above and beyond. They worked non stop to insure that that shower was going to be safe for my 90 year old father. Dad just loves the new shower. They removed all the old remnants of the old bath tub their clean up was always spotless daily.

My husband and I recently completed a home remodel through Phoenix Home Remodeling that included replacement of the living room floor, new kitchen, laundry room and master bath. They were recommended to us through a blog that services my daughter’s neighborhood in Gilbert. We did do our due diligence and got 4 estimates but ultimately chose Phoenix Home Remodeling. We found the company to be reputable with clear and honest communication throughout the process. They updated us with any changes to the original plan/pricing and finished the project within their estimated timeframe. Most importantly, they were sensitive to our concerns about the safety of our home and were respectful of the condition of our home. We would most definitely use them again for another home remodeling project.

Our installers, Matt, Nick and Manny did a fantastic job on removing our old shower & bathtub. It was replaced with a Walk-in shower, we also added a bench and a fold up bench in the shower area. Matt let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. We provided him with how we wanted the shelves, benches and grab bars. It’s exactly what we envisioned! It looks beautiful!! We are very pleased with the work they did. They were on time and cleaned up every day before they left. I highly recommend them. Thanks again !!

Leah & Barry were the installation team for our new shower. They were on time, introduced themselves, explained everything & started the install. Throughout the day we would check in, either Leah or Barry would update us. We could sometimes overhear them talking, it was apparent they worked well together & enjoyed the job. When they were done, after doing a great job of cleaning up, they showed us how everything worked, reviewed the care & cleaning process, all the paperwork. Answered all our questions. Everything looks amazing, would definitely recommend West Shore.

Crafted Remodeling just completed a full renovation of our master bathroom, and they did a fantastic job. It was a big job - they replaced everything but the bathtub (flooring, glass-enclosed shower, custom cabinetry, tub surround, toilet, lighting, paint, etc.) and it looks amazing. Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. We contracted with ReBath to replace our old bath tub/shower. They visited with us took measurements and provided options for a new shower. ReBath communicated with us while they were fabricating the new shower.Installation was on time and professionally performed by Randy. He is very personable and a perfectionalist as an installer. Nothing less than 5 stars for Sunset Tile and Bath. Our bathroom remodels turned out as amazing as we had hoped. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

This company is amazing!! I had my shower leaking and caused damage to the drywall. Derek's team fixed the problem and installed a beautiful tile shower. They were very professional and priced very fair. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a 5 star business and has great customer service excellent workmanship, the team is the best of the best and doesn't subcontract their work. They even have a 5 year warrenty and stand behind their work. Family owned designed right, works with local vendors and did a great job.

TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. You can count on Ross to do an outstanding job! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you want the best...call Brower Remodeling Group!

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.
