Phx Home Remodeling is great. You hear nightmares all the time about contractors that don't follow through, do poor work, and can be very difficult with whom to work. These guys were excellent on every front. They were always on time, very considerate, easy to work with when you run into issues, and outstanding quality. It is so nice to find a group like this in a very hit or miss industry.

We needed a full house remodel and chose Holtzman Home Improvement over several other well-known contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the owners (Danny and Brandon) to all of their trade people they were all friendly, professional, and experienced. When problems came up (as they always do on jobs such as ours) they listened to us and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We were especially lucky to have Jaryd as our project supervisor. He was extremely responsive, immediately handled any issues and ensured that the project continued to move forward. Lastly, we could not have done ANY of the remodel without our wonderful designer Christina. Her design was simply beautiful and her help and support in choosing all of our cabinets, flooring, paint colors and all of the other necessities was a godsend. Holtzman is an outstanding company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to our family and friends!

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company

Barry Anderson and Daniel Gonzales installed our new shower and did a fantastic job. Not only that they were respectful and pleasant to be around. Would highly recommend them and West Shore both. Very pleased.

Were on time, worked very hard the whole time they were in our home. The tub conversion is wonderful! They cleaned up before leaving. We have another bathroom reno on Saturday and I'm sure we'll be just as pleased with that work as well!
We had our second bathroom completed. This job was performed by Robert K. and Jonathan P.
The installation teams were great.
There were some issues with some of the materials. The shower doors for the main bathroom were short when we specifically told our sales rep, Chris C. We wanted the tallest doors since everyone in the household is 5'10 to 6'8.
The shaving step has yet to be installed in the main bathroom.
In speaking to our project manager Scott W.
He determined that although we signed the contract which listed the shorter doors, we received the incorrect style. Normally, Dreamstyle, does not take back material if the customer signs the contract. Because we did not receive the style we originally ordered, the fact that we signed the contract listing the shorter doors, does not matter.
We will be getting the correct style and height doors within the next two weeks.
All in all, even with the bumps along the way, we are happy with the end result.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

Remodeling ain’t fun, but 540 makes the process a lot easier from start to finish. Shannon’s experience helped us improve on our original ideas. His crew is great. They are very good at what they do and pleasant to work with. We expected the job to take 3-4 weeks. Thanks to the crew’s efficiency and a solid plan it was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. Don and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

Was quite surprised when Greg showed up at door, and giving me a quote for a ŵalk in rub that I could not pass up. He started right away and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend him as my wife and I were very happy..I had a small problem with the pests under the old tub in bathroom and he came out and took care of it.He is a good man and nice to due ɓussñess with!
