Best Installation in Phoenix AZ

Atomic flooring has great reviews for a reason! Our experience with them was amazing. We chose Atomic after comparing several companies to one another. We found that this company offers services to make our experience less stressful!
1. The company offers a selection of tiles to choose from. This alleviates having to work with 2 different companies to get a job done.
2. I was able to view the tiles in person at a showroom. The tiles look different in person than online!
3. The company demolished our old existing ceramic tiles. Installed new flooring. And also offers installing new baseboards and door trims.
4. Everything down to how the company sends out quotes is very professional. I ended up backing out of other companies because they sent quotes through excel, which had typos.
Atomic is very professional. The representative Jon answered all my questions and the owner reached out to make sure that the process was going smoothly.
The crew worked fast!! I don’t know why I waited so long to get new flooring. I was afraid of the noise, dust, time spent out of the house, etc. but the concerns were kept to a minimum just because of how quickly and efficiently the crew worked.
My family and I are ecstatic about our new floors. No concerns what so ever! Thank you!

At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Fantastic installer . Highly recommend ABS!

Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. I definitely recommend him and his team if any type of flooring service is needed!

Best commercial flooring company around!

Alan installed subway tile to compliment the new countertops in our kitchen. He arrived early and worked for 12 hours non stop. After a long day and a perfect installation, Alan cleaned up meticulously leaving the kitchen looking pristine. Thank you Alan for such a great job.

Az Carpet and Tile installed our commercial carpet at our office here in Phoenix. It turned out great and the customer service was top notch. They came out quick to install it and were done in a timely manner.. Would highly recommend them!

We looked for years to update the flooring in our home. We walked in Home Solutionz - Phoenix immediately saw the wood flooring we wanted. They were fabulous. So clean, courteous and on time. We could not be happier with the materials and quality of work. I highly recommend their services.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

Urban Customs is a great company. They are quick to respond to set an appt with samples in hand. In my case, they were flexible doing their job around another remodel project going on simultaneously. They cleaned up and vacuumed, leaving everything perfect. Thank you!

Dan and Mark were excellent. Like most home-improvement projects, ours was not without hiccups. But at every turn, Dan and Mark exhibited expertise and a commitment to do the project right and to our very high standards. They were responsive, attentive, and communicative. The final product--a combination of new herringbone white oak floors and refinished original fir floors--is beautifully done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish wood floors.
