Best Custom Shower in Phoenix AZ

From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Our bathrooms look amazing and it was such a pleasure working with John his son Michael and their crew. We highly recommend Allure!

I can not recommend Jacuzzi enough. I had Alex B and Cordell C for both of my bathroom remodels, and they did amazing work—were very thorough, but both bathrooms done in two days. Can’t say enough good things about this company, and especially the job well done! (Before and after photos attached—WORLD of difference)

Very professional from the initial salesperson to the installers. Kept us informed of when the job would begin and finished the walk in shower in one day! It's beautiful. Cleaned up the bathroom and reinstalled the handicapped toilet seat as well. Above and beyond.

Barry Andeison was our shower installer and I apologize if I misspelled his name. He was superb. He was hard working, cheerful, very friendly and kept us up to date on his progress throughout the day. Congratulations to West Shore for hiring this young man.

Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

I had a total bathroom remodel done and Josh did a wonderful job. He's very nice, professional and explained everything at the end of the job. He was great with little kids and our fur babies. I highly recommend Josh for any work.

Nothing less than 5 stars for Sunset Tile and Bath. Our bathroom remodels turned out as amazing as we had hoped. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

Aqua Therapy just compeled my shower remodel and it turned out awsome! They were very professional, mindful and respectful. I am having them come back to do my other bathroom.. ?

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

Very professional staff, quality installers, great results

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

Jeff Chaignot is an expert advisor and trustworthy sales professional. We purchased our kitchen cabinets and countertops with Jeff and could not have been happier with the process from initial consultation to project completion - he was with us the entire way. Not only was Jeff timely and responsive to our needs, but he ensured and stayed on top of the rest of the crew handling the installations. He made useful recommendations and cautioned us in areas we didn’t even think of with regard to the placement of appliances, lighting and so much more. We had a budget to stick to and with Jeff’s help we were able to maximize our dollars and received high quality products, and stayed within budget. We could not be happier with the outcome! With Jeff’s help we have the kitchen of our dreams!

Re-bath did a complete makeover of our master bathroom and did an excellent job. Their technician, Gabe, was there on time every day left the work area cleaned up every day and texted us his accomplishments and photographs of what he did that day every evening. Prior to coming the next day he would text us and let us know when he would be there. The design of the new shower was outstanding and my wife really appreciated the time that Jim Blackburn took to make sure that all of the details were covered and that we got exactly what we were looking for.The quality of the work and the materials were outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with what Re-bath accomplished on time and within budget.We highly recommend them for any bathroom remodel project.
