Best Custom Shower in Phoenix AZ

We had a french door screen enclosure installed yesterday by David Stout, one of your service technicians. My comment is that if he is standard by which you keep your em ployee's you could not find a better standard to grade all of your employees too. David was the representative from your company who came to our home to measure for the enclosure. He resolved a problem of potential tripping, especially concerning our grand children, that I feel could have been ignored by a less concerned person. His attention to detail and resulting look of our purchase is proof positive. Your are to be commended for having a representative such as Mr. Stout. Thank you, Lloyd Luna

Just had my glass replaced on my sliding patio door. Dwayne did an excellent job and did it professionally and on time. You could see that he was very experienced and dedicated to doing a great job. The cherry on top of the cake was that he was also very competitive with the pricing as well.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Can't get anyone to answer a phone or return an email for 2 weeks now.

Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
