We spend $13K to install new shower. The installer did not connect hot/cold water correctly and we asked for installer to come back and correct the problem, which they did promptly. Two weeks later, the shelves started to come off the wall and grab bar started to come apart. We called three (3) times to have someone come out and fixed and also contacted thru messenger and were promised call back in 24-72 hours. So far, no one called and we just puzzled as to why we cannot get a call back.Horrible, horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

So happy that we went with Dreamstyle for the renovation of our bathroom. They transformed our old bathtub into a beautiful shower. They were very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. The crew that did the work; Jared W., Francis R. and Ezra Y. were amazing. My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

5 stars to the whole team especially Nic and his team support Ray. We did two bathrooms one with a fully tear down and remodel. Nic did an amazing job!! Took his time made sure everything was done correctly and up to his high standards. He is detailed oriented, easy to approach when questions or concerns arise. He is friendly, professional and a true craftsman. He texted every morning and showed up on time. He and Ray went absolutely above all our expectations. This is our third house renovation and without a doubt the easiest and worry free time we have of had. We even had a family emergency and needed to leave town. My wife had no problems communicating or interacting with Nic and crew to keep the process moving via text and calls. We highly recommend this company and it’s people! Including Deb our sales rep and designer consultant whom stopped by to check on progress and was available throughout the project. We will not hesitate to recommend Re-Bath.

From the beginning of the process including the initial call, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the professionalism extended to me by Audra, Paul and their talented crew. Audra is very detailed oriented and has amazing design skills. Paul and his crew are very conscientious and provided many barriers to protect my home during the construction process. I already have other projects planned for this very trustworthy company. Also, I felt the cost was very reasonable I would not hesitate to recommend Sunset Tile & Bath to anyone.

This company does not stand up to their honor. 1st off they waited until the end of the installation to tell me they didn’t have the shower door I wanted but would give me a better / more upgraded one. Since my shower was almost finished I told them okay. But the bottom of the shower door is not even attached to the shower so water can come through it.
They stated if their is anything wrong they will guarantee to come ‘ fix it I told the rep Derek I had issues but do to unforeseen circumstances I had to be out of town for awhile & would let him know when I returned. Upon returning I left a message & texted him with no response.
With the money spent on this shower I would expect it to be perfect.

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

This is a 5 star business and has great customer service excellent workmanship, the team is the best of the best and doesn't subcontract their work. They even have a 5 year warrenty and stand behind their work. Family owned designed right, works with local vendors and did a great job.

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next “highest” bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer’s time or input. *Update* The owners are claiming to have time stamped photos. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM, saying he was on his was way (but didn’t actually arrive for nearly another 40 minutes as he “had to stop by the office”), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos of my house at 10:35?

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work.
