Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

I just had my roof replaced by Pro-Tec Contracting. And I have to tell ya... I’m sooo happy with the quality and speed of the installation. Love the color as well. When they finished, they cleaned up the yard and raked my flower beds, so they looked like new bark was added. Their team was so professional and friendly...Thank you, Forever Pro-Tec Contracting! ❤

After approval, they came to do the work exactly when promised, and within just a few days, the new roof was installed and ready. The project manager inspected the job then walked me through it for approval. They cleaned up thoroughly.
