George evaluated the damage to our residence and put a plan together to address the issues quickly. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, and assigned a crew who performed in a highly efficient, organized manner. They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone was professional, polite, and caring. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, which helped ease my concerns during this unfamiliar and stressful experience. I was kept informed every step of the way from the first visit to the conclusion of the project. A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I know. As of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy. Very poor work done. Workers used my husbands tools and ladder with out asking. They unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tablets. They didnt match the baseboards nor the casings. They were also installed poorly. Paint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my 11 year old. I am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AM. Speaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot.
The so called manager came out and went to a part of my house where there was absolutely no damage which is right outside of our 18 year old daughters bedroom where she was sleeping to look at the door casing. He did not ask if he could go over there and nor did he have a reason at all to be over there.

I feel sorry for the 2 workers that came out for 4 days to fix the 1st workers disaster. They really did a good job and do not deserve a bad review. They are probably the best of the best at AZ Fire and Water, but if not done shoddy the 1st time they wouldnt have had to come out and basically start over. Unfortunately we are beyond frustrated.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Were quick to respond to water damage. Told us what they were going to do and did it. Very personable and professional. Cleaned up and hauled away the damaged stuff. There quick response alleviated further damage to drywall, etc. We would recommend this team to neighbors if they were in need.

Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !

This roofing company was amazing the whole way through the process from working with my insurance company to get a fair claim to final cleanup. They replaced my roof, gutters, and siding and I couldn't be happier with the results. All work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.
