Best Bath Shower in Phoenix AZ

Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

Darrel and Luis came to our home and with great care for our property completely removed our old, almost 40 year old shower, in one day. They were both friendly, answered our questions, were efficient and left our house very clean after the first day. On day two, they installed the new, beautiful shower walls, doors and Kohler fixtures. It was a long day, but they were most agreeable, kind and courteous. When the project was finished, they checked it all over with us and left our house in very clean condition. They hauled away all pieces of the old shower and we love the new shower! Darrel and Luis are excellent, skilled men. They are an asset to Pacific Bath Company!!

I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to do a bathroom remodel for my parents. The whole crew was fantastic! They were always on time, friendly and incredibly respectful to my parents who were home during the whole remodel. The completed project turned out perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for!

Before beginning the work we were clearly explained everythiing that was going to be done for us.From the time they began the job up to when they finished the work they were very professional, prompt and kept the work area very clean. Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Better Bath remodeling was the best thing that happened to us this year. I think we can all agree 2020 was a train wreck. Before this year though we had our master bathroom get completely wrecked because we made the mistake of using family. We haven't had a functioning bathroom in a couple years now because of it. We had multiple companies give us quotes on fixing the damage and never really found a good fit until Michael came by and gave us not only a great quote but good ideas to better the ideas we already had. He worked with us closely until the day came for them to rip up our old bad tile, and they showed up every day until our bathroom was complete. Which only took a week and a half. It was truly a great experience, every other aspect of home ownership when it comes to remodeling has sucked so far, but i'm glad we found better bath. We will be using them for all our future homes in the valley.

We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We are so glad we went with re-bath because they did an awesome job. The shower installation was done on-time, the installer was careful and kept the work area clean and the results are beautiful.

Eric is a friendly and very nice young man. He did a fantastic job and explained in detail the steps as he progressed. The tile is very professionally done. The trim and the shampoo box are a beautiful touch to the tub area. He took his time to be sure all is perfect. The countertop and faucet set are gorgeous. Very professionally installed as well. We are happy with the results.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

Best value, rapid installation of walk-in tub, lovin' every minute of it. Great, friendly guys, that were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend, no pushy salesperson.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. THIS PLACE IS A SHAM. I GOT A $26,000 BID ON STUCCO/PAINT FOR MY HOUSE. I CALLED AFTER THE FELLOW LEFT, HE COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO WITH THE WINDOWS. I GOT IT DONE FOR LESS THAN 1/2 THAT PRICE, AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.
