Phoenix Home Remodeling did our master bath remodel and we were very pleased with the process and the results. From the planning to the final walkthrough everything was done in professional and courteous manner. The quality of work was superb and the finished product was exactly how it was designed. We had Anthony and Manny from the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona remodel our bath. They were very friendly and on time. Our bath looks wonderful and they did a great job. There were some hiccups along the way. They resolved most of it except they made marks on wall they did during the remodel. Chunks of of the wall were taken out and weren’t fixed. It’s an eye sore and we were told to do it out selves. For such a large amount a money we spent on this, these marks, we thought it would of been an easy fix. They said it wasn’t in the contract to repair the two wall areas. My parents have bad backs and aren’t able to repair the wall themselves. I hope we can have this matter resolved.Other than that, we enjoy our new bath. Thanks.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

We live in Western Colorado but knew that we wanted to use Crafted Hardware products in the modern farmhouse we were building. We ordered the 16” shelves, footrest and towel hooks. They came quickly, packaged wonderfully so there was no damage to them and best of all the look gorgeous in our master shower! We would highly recommend their products to anyone.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Better Bath remodeling was the best thing that happened to us this year. I think we can all agree 2020 was a train wreck. Before this year though we had our master bathroom get completely wrecked because we made the mistake of using family. We haven't had a functioning bathroom in a couple years now because of it. We had multiple companies give us quotes on fixing the damage and never really found a good fit until Michael came by and gave us not only a great quote but good ideas to better the ideas we already had. He worked with us closely until the day came for them to rip up our old bad tile, and they showed up every day until our bathroom was complete. Which only took a week and a half. It was truly a great experience, every other aspect of home ownership when it comes to remodeling has sucked so far, but i'm glad we found better bath. We will be using them for all our future homes in the valley.

We had our second bathroom shower remodeled, to include new shower doors and plumbing fixtures and we are extremely pleased with the completion. We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile and Bath.

I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.
